It smells old on me. If it highlights the white chocolate, I detect it as very powdery and floral. I let myself be swayed by the reviews; it’s not among my favourites nor particularly to my liking; I need to study it further, as it leans towards niche aroma. After a few weeks of maceration, it has turned out splendid and has become addictive.
I love it; it has all the vibes of Dior Homme Intense, Reserve Prive, and Guerlain’s L’homme Ideal Parfum, without being any of them. It’s seductive due to the chocolate and elegant thanks to the iris. Ideal for going well-dressed to an important date.
I love it. It smells like Dior Homme Intense, Reserve Privé and Guerlain’s L’Homme Idéal Parfum, yet it is none of them. It’s seductive thanks to the chocolate and elegant because of the iris. Ideal for dressing up for a special date.
The Lattafa Dior Homme Intense is super good for dressing up.
Lattafa’s Dior Homme Intense is a real winner for wearing with a suit
A very good fragrance; honestly, it’s not quite as similar to Dior Homme Intense. Rather, it smells like white chocolate with iris; as it dries down, it leaves a small reminiscence of Dior, which I like because it’s not an exact copy. Since I own several Dior line dupes, variations mean no redundancy. It’s a very good perfume.
It’s super unisex; impossible to tell if it leans more towards men or women. I agree with others: it falls into the DNA category of Dior Homme Intense (without being a clone), possessing its own personality. If I had to choose one to buy, it would be this one (the bottle doesn’t captivate me, but that’s what there is). I still don’t know its performance as I only tested it in-store, on blotter and skin.
Elegant fragrance and very good
An elegant and very good fragrance.
On my skin, it comes across as very powdery; better not to buy blindly. It arrived as a gift with the Queen of Arabia set.
I own Poker Face by Ted Lapidus, which smells like La Nuit de l’Homme by YSL. This one is very similar; that was my first encounter with iris. Both put iris front and centre, but each has its own style. This one is sweeter, more talcum-powder-like and simpler, though it outlasts the other. Plus, it’s totally unisex. Perhaps it’s more of a night scent, more suited to winter and more striking. The iris I know and enjoy, at a ridiculous price…
I own Poker Face by Ted Lapidus, which smells very much like YSL’s La Nuit de l’Homme. They are so similar that I discovered my love for iris through them. Both feature iris prominently, but with distinct nuances. This one is sweeter, powdery, and simpler, though it wins on longevity. It’s totally unisex, perhaps more nocturnal, winter-appropriate, and striking. It’s the iris I’ve been searching for, at a ridiculous price.
I just tried it on my skin and it’s bizarre: it came as a gift from Queen of Arabia. It opens with vanilla and yerba mate, then the iris emerges. I loved it immensely and it’s super unisex. I think it’s perfect for dinner at night, by the river, or on the beach. Ahhh, what great vibes 😌😌😌😌
