I remember this from the early 2000s, alongside Eau Torride; they were my mother’s perfumes back then. Their creamy, tropical, sweet yet fresh opening marked a new era and a modern twist for YSL. Beautiful, feminine, warm, simple and colourful fragrances, like the lovely Tocade and Volupte. I tried it a few days ago and upon applying it to my skin, I closed my eyes and instantly recalled that exact scent; it may be different as I don’t have the original to compare, but in my mind the memories or feelings this aroma evokes were the same. Its opening is a blend of fruits: grape, tangerine and blackcurrant, which combined with peony give a citrus and creamy accord similar to a ripe passion fruit; followed by roses and soft white musk. This perfume is creamy and cheerfully fruity, youthful, fresh, delicious and delicately sexy…and it remains just like its original formula. It’s not for cold days or very complex settings…but that depends on personal taste. Longevity on my skin is five hours and on blotting paper a full day. The sillage can vary from moderate to heavy.
Fantastic! A super playful, sexy, bold and cheerful scent, perfect for spring. It feels very fruity and lasts quite a while. Although the bottle isn’t anything special, I tried it out of curiosity. It reminds me a lot of YSL’s ‘Baby Doll’, which is now discontinued.
