They gave me two samples and it seemed quite different from the two LPRNs I knew, with a strong berry scent. This version is more sparkling; I see it as suitable for summer evenings. It feels cheerful and carefree. It holds well on the skin and although it has a fairly citrus opening, the cherry touch sweetens it and suits it perfectly. Afterwards, I detect mostly the rose. It’s not the style I usually wear, but it’s very pleasant. A teenage friend’s daughter wears it and it suits her wonderfully. It adds charm, a fun yet stylish air. I see it as very suitable for a young girl or a woman with a youthful character.
It’s a rich, feminine, and cheerful scent. Perhaps a little intense, although within that intensity hides a heart of tart cherries that makes it slightly addictive. The flowers don’t take the forefront but are noticeable from time to time.
A rich, feminine, and cheerful scent. Perhaps a little intense, but within that intensity lies a heart of tart cherries that makes it addictive. The florals don’t dominate but appear occasionally.
Exquisite fragrance. On the opening, you can detect that tart cherry with patchouli, and by the end in the dry-down the tea and musk notes emerge; I don’t detect the rose. The longevity is moderate, but you perceive it close to you all day, and the trail is high in the first few hours. It’s a different perfume, just as Guerlain knows how to make them. I recommend it for cold and fresh climates, day and night. I loved it.
It’s a cheerful and distinctive fragrance with the DNA of Petite Robe Noire. It comes out sparkling with tangerine and cherry, with the latter present throughout the entire performance. Afterwards, I detect sweetened rose by the cherry and a certain creaminess, presumably from the almond and peach. In the dry-down, the white musk stands out greatly, with the softened rose wrapped in a delicate patchouli alongside the cherry, which although it drops in intensity remains present. I see it as versatile, perfect for brightening a workday, a walk, or a summer night. Although it is sweet, it doesn’t overwhelm; in fact, it dries down very cleanly thanks to the white musk. It has a moderate trail and good longevity for an EDT. It has pleasantly surprised me since I bought it blind.
What an exquisite fragrance! Upon spraying, you detect that tart cherry with patchouli, and as it dries down, tea with musk; I don’t sense the rose. The longevity is moderate, yet you can smell it close by all day, and the trail is strong at first. It’s different, just as Guerlain knows how to do. I recommend it for fresh climates, day and night. I loved it!
Of all the flankers I own, I only miss the Couture, and this Nectar is the least intense on my skin. Furthermore, it reminds me a lot of Eau Fraîche but with a little touch of peach sweetness. I’ll give it another chance in spring and summer because right now in winter its longevity is very short.
On me, this EDT has very good longevity, lasting quite a bit for 4 to 5 hours, which is okay. Afterwards, it fades slowly rather than abruptly. I find the trail heavy to moderate; by the end it’s soft but I still detect it. It was difficult to wear in the middle of summer during the day, and I think there are better alternatives for evenings. I’ve set it aside for intermediate seasons and will perhaps see how it performs in winter. It’s very sweet, like all the La Petite ones; I liked its performance and that’s what I appreciate most.
This is the most diluted version of LPRN, which makes it seem more versatile for any time of day or season. It leaves me a bit sad because I like it, but the longevity is so poor that the price isn’t justified.
On my skin, I only detect sweet and tart cherry with a hint of blackberry. It smells like a fine caramel. It neither won me over nor displeased me. Low trail and longevity.
On my skin, only the sweet and tart cherry shines through with a touch of sour cherry, smelling like a fine caramel. It didn’t quite win me over nor did I dislike it; the trail and longevity are low.
