A stunning opening of red fruits with chocolate and pear, inspired by the refined pleasures of ancient Rome. In the gardens of Villa Flavia Helena, everything was filled with fruity and sweet aromas. At 46 minutes, the sugar-crystallised pear takes centre stage. Helena tended to an exceptional tree: the Pyrus Aureus, a rare golden pear from Gaul. At 1 hour and 10 minutes, it smells like a pear madeleine with caramel and cream, absolutely exuberant. A culinary creation that became an imperial reference. That night, Rome celebrated a great victory, and Helena commissioned her chef to create a unique dessert to impress even the most demanding guests. After 8 hours, it has left my skin; it was incredible. Projection and sillage are moderate.
