Simply incredible. If calm and good vibes had a scent, it would be this. It’s like being in a garden by the sea, with fruit trees and trees providing cool shade. I’ll be buying it again. Everyone loved it. You can tell it’s there without it being intrusive. Highly recommended even blind. Clean scent and a sense of wellbeing.
A fragrance of death. I apply 30 sprays and after two hours there’s no trace… Draw your own conclusions…
A fragrance that calms, energises and lifts the mood, perfect for the heat: present but soft and friendly, without being intrusive. You can tell the quality and ingredients by the price. The flaw is the longevity; you have to apply it by handfuls. I recommend it if you catch it on offer; it’s a great scent but you need to reapply every so often to enjoy it.
This limited edition L’Eau d’Issey 2022 smells top-notch: green, soapy, with quality conifer notes, very subtle citrus in the background, and distinct from the original. The problem is the performance: less than two hours and almost no projection. As a Miyake fanboy, I always forgive the performance for the olfactory creations, especially the Summer ones, and I have several versions that serve me well, but this 2022 edition doesn’t cut it for daily use. I use it at home after a shower or very lightly at the gym; it smells delicious but its behaviour is poor for going out, like a wonderful gel that dries in half an hour. It’s unisex. Salu2
