I had high hopes for this flanker, but it hasn’t come off well. It loses all the naturalness and freshness of the original in favour of something trying to be mysterious, but to me it smells more synthetic. I only wear it occasionally.
My favourite is in the top three of Issey Miyake. I see it as ideal for spring nights or cool summer evenings; it’s not too sharp. K.9
I enjoyed the scent, though it might sound mad, it struck me more than the Issey Pour Homme. The issue is it doesn’t last on my skin at all; it’s very soft and after two hours there’s nothing left.
It resembles Oscar de la Renta’s Gentleman quite closely, though it lacks the longevity. While the original isn’t a beast, this Miyake lasts on the skin for over three hours.
