  It’s a very appropriate fragrance for everyday wear, specifically for the office in my case. At first, it smells a bit of alcohol, which is normal given the quality of the ingredients (let’s not forget it’s Zara at an unbeatable price). Once the alcohol settles, you notice the cardamom blended with a slightly sweet tobacco. The dry-down is excellent, offering a perfect presence. Of all the perfumes I own, this is the one I reach for most; when I’m unsure what to wear, I go with this and I’m sorted. Highly recommended.

  I picked this up at a Zara MX sale for around $12 for 80ml. It opens with a spicy note that fades quickly, leaving a lingering cardamom scent over a warm, understated sweet tobacco base. Given the price, it’s ideal for everyday wear, the office, or casual outings. It reminds me a bit of Y EDP, though I’m not sure why, as here it’s linked to Nuit de l’Homme; to me, that one seems spicier and more sparkling.
