A very pretty and positive scent. You can smell the rose and a very herbal touch, which reminds me of the lemon verbena plant, and it gives it a fresh, easy-to-wear feel, perfect for hot days. If it cost a little less, I would add it to my collection.
A very, very rich, natural rose. You can really tell the quality in this scent; we’re talking about a great perfumer who uses very good materials, and he’s one of the most candid and generous. This is the fourth talk/presentation I attend about one or more of his perfumes, and he has no problem providing information about his perfumes that any other perfumer would hide. I’ll say it again: his perfumes have tremendous quality. In my case, I only have Matador and Siesta, tremendous perfumes that are worth their price for their quality, longevity, and originality. But in this case I’ll only review Lucky Strike, because of the 3 perfumes they gave us to try from the launch, it’s the one I liked most and the only one I feel I could wear. I can clearly smell the rose; he says the rose isn’t the dominant note, but I can’t stop smelling it. I sense a clean rose, slightly metallic (which I really like), super unisex, and not much else. I’ve tried it several times, and that rose is the note that stays with you right to the end. I could say it’s one of the best roses I’ve ever smelled. As for longevity: 3 sprays and it stayed with me for around 3 hours, in a fairly personal radius, very clear… It’s true that in Madrid we’re having high temperatures at the moment, and in my opinion, it’s a perfume that should be used in more temperate climates. I’ll use it when summer is over, and I’ll come back and edit the review if necessary.
