An absolute beast. The promised notes are exactly what you smell, and they do so with an intensity that leaves you breathless. Upon trying it, my reaction was instant: “I have to have this, I need it in my life!”. It’s not about collecting rare bottles, but because I discovered a scent that conquered me, and in seconds I wanted to become that aroma. I recommend it 100%. It’s one of those fragrances perfume lovers search for: the one that leaves you speechless and surprises you in the best way possible.
It smells very similar to Borouj’s Perlador, although some notes differ, much like with Boss Bottled Absolu.
It is much more than a perfume; it is a work of art before even pressing the atomiser. It smells sweet and creamy, with a touch of the finest liquors. It is an elixir. The longevity is long and sufficient; the trail lasts between 2 and 3 hours at over a metre’s distance, leaving a mark in every room. It is friendly and addictive. Ideal for special occasions and, in my opinion, for cooler climates. Along with the perfume came a sample of the upcoming launch, Status Quo. All their work is impeccable and superior. Highly recommended; their perfumes are a must for collectors.
Of all the fragrances I own, I often thought none surpassed the others… until I met Maffia. Yesterday I received this extract and barely tested it, and everything I thought about the others faded into the background. For me, Maffia is pure elegance and the love, work, and effort of its creator. It is exquisite, I adore it, and as people say below (and I agree 100%), it is a work of art. In Argentina, we are proud to have great references in everything: sport, music, medicine, art. Let the award Nina won last year be the start for her to become a world legend in perfumery. Many congratulations! P.S. Wait for Status Quo, another gem from Nina that I hope to see soon.

I asked Mauricio Carbajal: What is quality in a perfume? He replied that the notes must be well executed. Maffia is exactly that. It is a tiramisu soaked in whisky, smelling of wood and pipe tobacco. An extract with a lot of personality that shouts: “I’m here!”. Perfect for autumn, winter, or cool days. Its projection is one metre for an hour and a half. Longevity with 6 to 8 applications is 10 to 12 hours, always throwing bursts. A different perfume to own, without a doubt. Nina is a genius. Best wishes from Argentina.

Its trail lasts about a metre for an hour and a half, with longevity of 10 to 12 hours after six or eight applications, always releasing bursts from time to time. I bought this on decant and it is fascinating. Diabolically mysterious. Sweet, ambered, and liquorish. It is subtlety and mystery, disguising darkness with a dim light, the hostility of a closed night at a fascinating threshold of smoke and alcohol.
I own this perfume; it is very rich and very long-lasting, but on my skin it comes across as very masculine, perhaps because I am not used to unisex scents. However, in my opinion, I believe it adapts and looks much better on men.
Maffia is an excellent fragrance, totally unisex, mysterious and sweet, but without being cloying. A pleasure for the senses; the notes are perfectly distinguished and it is very harmonious. I like the alcoholic nuances it has; it contains oud, whisky, and tobacco, notes that are impossible not to like. It is intense but very versatile. If you like fragrances like Ch Man Privé or Gentleman Reserve Privé, I recommend trying it; although it does not resemble any of them, it has nuances of that style. It also has a gourmand element from the tiramisu note, but not a heavy gourmand, just the right touch.
