You’re not the only one with tangled emotions, nor the only ship adrift in this sea.
It’s like that second-hand leather bag that smells a bit off on the outside but tells its age from within; plus, you left an open pack of mint gum in the bottom, one broken and crumbled, reminding you of your carelessness when searching for your wallet.
To me, it’s a blend of berry tea, sweet with green, earthy notes and quite smoky from the mate. Overall, it’s fruity, woody, aromatic, sweet and fresh, without being sharp. A rich scent, 100% unisex and perfect for daily wear. It lasts about five hours on my skin with moderate projection and trail, almost softer. Nothing exceptional, to be honest, but better than many others from this house.
This perfume is interesting and totally unisex; using it in a decant for the first time, my girlfriend said: ‘buy it, you smell good’. It’s a scent hard to dislike, very fruity at first. Once dry, it reminds me of Halls mints; spraying it feels like putting them in your mouth. Over time it becomes greener and more tea-like, without losing its fruity and sweet character, yet very wearable. It reminded me of a berry tea I tried in a café, quite tasty. It’s evocative and can be heavy at first; I’d wear it in warm and mild weather, not in direct sunlight. It’s casual, not for suits or daily office wear, but for relaxed settings.
