First time with this line and a word of warning: the cap comes off too easily. At first spray, it smells lovely, nothing synthetic, pure saffron that brings back memories of my home in the 90s, like my aunts’ perfumes. As it dries, a sweet touch like mint caramel. Projection is almost non-existent, lasting half an hour on the skin, maybe an hour at most. I picked it up on offer for 30 soles; for the price, you can’t ask for more. Ideal for spring or autumn at dusk, better to get a decant to reapply every hour.
It’s rich but lacks punch. I was gifted this a year ago and wore it on a date with my girlfriend; she absolutely loved it. On my skin it lasts about three hours, but on her clothes it lingered until the next day, which is quite unusual. The projection is weak, but if you lean in to sniff, it smells delicious. It’s a sweet, vanilla and saffron-tinged wood, neither citrusy nor overly sweet. Alcohol-heavy opening with a soft dry-down. Smells masculine and clean, perfect for a young guy in autumn or a crisp spring. It has a sentimental charm; there are better options for the price, but as a gift it works well. It’s brilliant for the gym or short outings, but not for night parties.
