A beautiful fragrance signed by Nathalie Lorson, the mind behind great hits like Alien Goddess or Black Opium. If you fell in love with Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, this Nuée Bleue is your next obsession. The iris is worked just as cleanly and powdery, but here it has a citrus twist that makes it fresher and sparklier, taking it to another level. Plus, it lasts a bit better than its Prada cousin. Although I still prefer Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova for that almond and amaretto note that gives it warmth and longevity, this is a fantastic option within the style.
A beautiful fragrance by Nathalie Lorson (Petits et Mamans for Bvlgari, Perles de Lalique, Alien Goddess, Black Opium, among others). If you like Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, you’ll enjoy this Nuée bleue. The iris is worked the same way: clean, powdery, and elegant, but here it has a more citrusy opening that gives it freshness, spark, and makes it easier to wear. Plus, it lasts a bit better than its Prada cousin. Within this style, my favourite remains Aperitivo Milanese Porta Nuova, which also recalls Infusion d’Iris but adds sweet almond and a hint of amaretto, bringing warmth and improving longevity.
If you’ve smelled Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, you’ve almost smelled this one. To me, it smells 95% the same, with a slight different citrus touch. The performance is similar; neither projects much nor lasts long on my skin. It’s a pretty perfume, but in niche you expect something more different from the commercial. The similarity is incredible; anyone who has tried Infusion d’Iris will agree, though this one perhaps has a bit more quality. I wouldn’t buy it because it doesn’t surprise me or perform well on me, but it’s pretty for iris lovers and that baby-powder scent. It might perform better on another skin; there are comments saying it lasts well for them. It’s all about trying it. The house offers discovery sets, which is how I tested it.
If you’ve tried Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, you’ll almost smell this one. To me, they’re 95% identical, with a slight citrus touch that sets it apart. The performance is similar on my skin: neither projects much nor lasts hours. It’s a pretty perfume, but in the niche world, you expect something more original than the commercial. Anyone who has tried it alongside Prada will confirm the incredible similarity, though perhaps this one has a bit more quality. I wouldn’t buy it myself because it doesn’t surprise me or perform well on my skin, but for iris lovers and that baby-powder scent, it could be a hit. On other bodies, it might last longer, so it’s all about trying it. I tested it in the house’s discovery set.
What a beauty! Nuée Bleue is a baby-powdered iris that brings back the past but adapted for today. On my skin, it has spectacular longevity and a strong sillage; I could smell it without bringing my nose close. Perfect for autumn, with that slightly damp and melancholic touch that gives a sense of cleanliness. Wearing it brings peace, like wearing a cashmere jumper on a fresh, cloudy morning. I didn’t know the brand and it was a total success. I bought the samples for €10 and they have nothing to envy. Highly recommended.
What a beauty. Nuée bleue is a baby-powdered iris that brings us back to the past but adapted for today. On my skin, it lasts a long time and the sillage is greater than expected; it’s noticeable without bringing my nose close. Perfect for autumn, with a slightly damp, melancholic, and clean touch. Wearing it brings peace; it’s like wearing a good cashmere jumper on a fresh, cloudy morning. I didn’t know the house and it has been a success. I bought the sample pack for €10 and they don’t fail. Highly recommended.
For iris lovers, this is a note that doesn’t always suit me; it’s usually dry and I don’t like it. But Nuée Bleue has a beautiful, humid iris, like great storm clouds, that dominates the fragrance. The citrus and bergamot give it transparency and liveliness. Over time, it becomes more soapy and the sandalwood shows through, which I love. I agree with Kari Dil: it can seduce fans of Prada’s Infusion, but it has more intensity and I prefer it. It’s classic, retro, and very attractive, ideal for fresh, grey autumn days, with the dampness of fine rain and dim light. Good longevity and a close but perceptible sillage. Recommended for romantic and introspective souls.

For those who love well-blended iris, this smells of subtle bergamot and carnation with a musky base. It has a fruity and woody citrus touch, juicy and opulent. It smells of purity and cleanliness, delicate and baby-powdered, sweet without being annoying. It’s just right: perfect for spring and fresh summer days. It resembles Prada’s Infusion d’Iris, but this blend is better: more concentrated, dense, and long-lasting. It’s one of my favourites from Maison Violet. A dream realised, exquisite and dreamed of 🤍
