  A truly brutal fragrance that transports you to another world; exactly what you’re looking for. Onekh is mysterious, elegant and classy, never going unnoticed. It’s a mystical oriental scent, evoking ancient Persia and Mesopotamia, with lost woods, top-quality leather, spices, balsams, oud and resins; they say it’s from Laos. It’s animalic, deep and primal. The longevity and projection are phenomenal, lasting hours and hours, and it just keeps going. It lingers on clothes for days. The obelisk-style bottle with a magnetic onyx cap, in black and gold, is a showpiece for the living room. The fabric-lined box screams quality. Perfect for autumn and winter; if it’s hot, it can be overpowering, but it looks wonderful with a dress. Not for young people; I’d say from the age of 35 and for special occasions. It’s not cheap, but given how little you need and the quality of the ingredients, it’s worth it if you’re seeking this kind of scent.

It is animalic, deep, and primitive, with impressive longevity and projection that last days on clothes. The onyx and gold bottle is a piece for the study. Ideal for autumn and winter or with formal wear. Not for young lads, better from 35 years old. Although it is not cheap, the quality of the ingredients totally justifies the cost.

  As Nathalie Lorson said, simple perfumes are the difficult ones to make; Onekh proves it. It is complex and profound in its simplicity. It evokes antiquity, mystery, and objects of the past in wood and leather, like an allegory to Pharaonic Egypt. The black and gold obelisk bottle reinforces that royalty. It is smoky, spiced, resinous, and of extraordinary longevity. Expensive, but spectacular. It is the most powerful men’s perfume I have ever tried.

  Although the website lists mandarin and oud, on my skin it is pure rough but elegant leather. It is very restrained, it does not cross the line into being animalic, and it is wearable. The smoky note gives it an archaic mystery, like garments of nobles or ancient priests; nothing cheap. It smells of power, lineage, and honour. It is the scent of a leader, a Templar knight, or Indiana Jones. A paradigmatic leather of noble masculinity, reserved for those with a strong spirit.

  Perhaps I was looking for a wilder leather, but this felt a bit tamed and lacking character, possibly due to the price. While it projects little, the longevity is brutal, lasting close to 24 hours.

  Begins with a rough, spiced leather very reminiscent of Tuscan Leather. As it dries, the tea and labdanum take over, transforming it into an oriental jewel that evolves into an elegant, mature skin scent.
