Osmanthe Kodoshan is, without a doubt, one of the least enjoyable scents from the brand. It’s an overpowering osmanthus mixed with spices like pepper and anise, alongside patchouli and tobacco that give it an aged feel, and even a hint of urea at times, which is quite uncomfortable. Perhaps others just smell floral, but those nuances didn’t sit well with me. My take is to walk past, unless you enjoy pure osmanthus. Rating: 5/10
