If you love leather, you need it, there’s no debate.
It is Maison Crivelli’s most leather-focused scent: a powerful opening with sweet saffron and cardamom, spiced with nutmeg, enveloping you in a cloud of spices and skin. It’s a clean leather but with a dirty touch, like dusty, polished suede. As it dries, the spice softens slightly, tickling the nose a bit; it settles into a floral base with rose and the leather taking centre stage. I like it, though it’s not my top three from the brand as I prefer other leather options like Cuoium or Defied by Tony Iommi. I detect no oud, nor that cold mineral touch found in Ombre Nomade; it is simply spiced leather. The longevity is nuclear, as we’ve come to expect. Scent: 7.5, Longevity: 9, Projection: 8.5, Versatility: 7.
If you love leathers, this is a must-have, no debate.
“Oud Stallion: Power and elegance in every note”. A true olfactory gem. Despite the name, it’s not an aggressive or medicinal oud; it recedes into the background, adding depth without dominating. What really shines is a woody blend, refined leather, and a fruity base that brings warmth and sophistication. From the first spray, it’s intense, enveloping and seductive. It leaves a mark, not just through the scent but via its longevity: on my skin for over 12 hours, projecting with elegance. Ideal for autumn and winter evenings or special occasions where you want to stand out without being loud. It speaks of character, class and refined taste.

I already own Oud Maracuja and adore it, but I purchased this one afterwards. At first, I thought I preferred Maracuja, but now I see this is unique and exactly what I was looking for in a fragrance. It is complex, distinct, and in me, a sweet note stands out, probably from the saffron and tonka bean. I see it as totally unisex: interesting on a man and sexy on a woman. I enjoy dark and complex scents.
I own Oud Maracujá and adore it, but I purchased this one afterwards. At first, I thought I preferred Maracujá, but I realised this is unique—exactly what I was looking for. It’s complex and distinct; on my skin, a sweet note stands out, presumably from the saffron and tonka bean. I see it as totally unisex: intriguing on a man and sexy on a woman 🥹, of course. I simply love dark, complex scents.
In two words… this is a beast 🤯🫨, if you’re into leathers and powerhouses… give it a try 👃🏼🤤🫨
This is a much more concentrated and masculine extract than other offerings from the brand; a couple of sprays cover the whole body and last all day, haha. I wore it to a family gathering, let someone smell it, and they preferred it to Oud Maracujá; two weeks later, they were equally enchanted. I applied three sprays and it projected throughout the room. Although unisex, it leans towards a male audience; I detect spices and something green, like the bottle suggests—probably the patchouli. When I wore it, it didn’t bother me, but it overshadowed Maracujá, with Stallion reigning supreme on my skin. It is a super-concentrated extract with more masculine character than the rest of the brand, truth be told. Two sprays cover your whole body and it lasts a lifetime, haha. I wore it to a family gathering; I let someone sniff it and they preferred this over Oud Maracuja; two weeks later they were charmed again, I sprayed three times and they were smitten, filling the entire room. Although it is unisex, it leans more towards a male audience; I detect spices and something green, like its bottle, probably the patchouli. When I wore it, it didn’t bother me at all, but I feel it overshadowed Maracuja and Stallion ruled supreme for me. Waaouh, an absolute beast! Few new things to say: leather to the max, but of a soft type (I swear I hate Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather as it smells like a camel-hide folder from a market stall to me), spiced with that stable and equestrian touch thanks to the woods, yet all very amiable. The sweetness of tonka bean arrives quickly. These notes together: leather, oud, and tonka bean, form an exquisite symphony. An addictive scent. Then comes a development unlike any other. In summary: Age 25+ is an adult unisex scent, but on the masculine side of the spectrum. The weather calls for cool or cold temperatures. Scent: 9/10. Longevity: 8.5/10. Duration: 8-9h. Projection: 9/10. Versatility: 7/10. Price: $$$$ Final Score: 9/10.
Incredible! I’ve tried it several days and it has won me over with its personality and how addictive it is for those seeking complex or heavy fragrances. One of the top from Maison Crivelli.
Absolutely brilliant! I’ve been wearing it for a few days and was surprised by its personality and how addictive it is for those of us who enjoy more complex or heavy fragrances. One of the top picks from Maison Crivelli.
I find it strong, yet very pleasant and not excessively challenging; for instance, Corpus Equus by NG in the same ‘equine’ spectrum sounds much more purposeful and difficult to me. It has the vibe of perfumes like Meydan. I perceive it more as an accorded/woody fragrance than an oud one, which is there to give body but does not stand out; it does not smell dirty or faecal, but clean, airy, and neat. I detect much cardamom and saffron at the start, the heart notes are floral with a rose that always plays a middle role, and it closes with a leathery leather and a woody oud. Masculine, it brings Steve McQueen running in his convertible to mind. It could perfectly be my signature scent as I love it.
Those who vote it has a moderate price don’t know where they come from. 5€/ml is an abuse. That said, after buying the bottle, it seemed to me a perfectly correct perfume with a somewhat clichéd accord: leather, oud, nutmeg, and cardamom. Extraordinary power and apothegmatic performance.
