Pure white musk! If you’re looking for something clean, slightly sweet and charming, this is it. Very similar to the classic Natura Homem, but this one is of a higher quality and hooks me more, although it costs a bit more. It’s super clean, without any vulgarity, with that typical creamy, soapy base. I received compliments wearing it yesterday. If you can catch it on sale, buy it without a second thought.
Almost a clone of Bvlgari Aqua, but watch out: in my opinion, among fresh perfumes, this is quite potent and long-lasting. Don’t over-spray or it will give you a headache and bother those around you. It’s not bad at all and, for the price, I think it’s a bargain.
The magazine only lists three notes: Mint, Cardamom and Musk. I don’t detect any citrus or woody notes. It has an excellent mint that, combined with the cardamom, creates that classic blend found in other perfumes, but here it feels more potent. After two hours, all that remains is that super synthetic musk. For the price, it’s ideal for the gym or a shopping trip. The longevity is also very respectable. Scent 8, Price 10, Longevity 8. Recommended, yes.
Am I the only one, or do all fougères smell the same? If it smells good, it’s a critical aromatic, aquatic and that sort of vibe; I think they’re very similar. This one is highly recommended: the first time I smelled it, I was impressed and wanted to buy it on the spot. It reminded me a lot of Perry Ellis 18 at first and Versace Pour Homme as it dried down, but of course, much softer. It’s one of my favourites from the brand, dominated by mint and citrus, and must have some aquatic accord somewhere that gives it that touch.
