Slate Eau Fraiche from Banana Republic is another fragrance I was gifted in a 50ml presentation bottle (it’s a bit hard to come by as I’ve searched and can’t find it in stores; apparently, it’s only available in Banana Republic shops, and since I’m running low, I keep it for special occasions). The first time I wore it, I found the scent very pleasant, fresh, soft, and elegant with a subtle trail, making it perfect for those who enjoy light, carefree fragrances. It seems to appeal to all young girls, with hints of aquatic notes, and is ideal for first dates, dinner outings, or the cinema. Its exquisite aroma makes it very suitable for enclosed spaces, as well as gatherings with friends at home. The bottle is simple yet elegant in shape, and the cap has a good weight, featuring a metallic band around it and a brown rubberised top, giving a very impressive look. Its longevity on my skin lasts between 6 to 8 hours. I consider it a fragrance for people aged 22 to 50 or older.
