Completely different from Oud Wood.
What a relief that the product page for this fragrance has finally been updated. I purchased it back in early 2021 and was eager to add it to my collection. It is a delightful scent, featuring yuzu, rosemary, lavender, and dark, earthy woods. Upon first application, my reaction was akin to New Year’s Eve: a burst of colour against the darkness of the night. It is a very particular, unique, and abstract fragrance. In the heart notes, it becomes more woody and resinous, yet always retains that clean, creamy oud base, complemented by a subtle touch of suede, making it extremely elegant and pleasing. By the final stage, around the seventh hour, an amber, oud, and leather base remains. In conclusion, for me, it is a true party and the best from the brand. It is a formal, elegant, mature aroma with excellent longevity, lasting about 12 hours on the skin. The trail is strong for the first two hours before settling into a toned-down personal bubble. I see it as more masculine, but undoubtedly unisex. Suitable for formal and semi-formal wear all year round, perhaps not in extreme heat. Very versatile. Scent 10/10 Trail 8/10 Longevity 9/10 Projection 8.5/10
