It reminds me of a creamy blackberry ice cream, of my childhood when I saved coins to buy it after school. It also smells of milk and vanilla; I don’t notice the floral notes.

It reminds me of a creamy blackberry ice cream, my childhood when I saved money to go out of class and buy one. It also smells of milk and vanilla, and I don’t notice the floral notes.

  • What a find! I fell in love with it instantly. It smells like a remix of all Escada’s summer fragrances: a blend of Tag Sunset, Marine Groove and Pacific Paradise. Totally my style!

  • I’m not usually a fan of sweet perfumes, but I absolutely loved this one. It’s a cheerful, youthful fruit cocktail, the kind that puts you in a good mood, feminine and not cloying at all. I notice the orange blossom a lot, which softens and balances it. A good option for the good weather.

Incredible! It’s the best summer edition of Escada I’ve tried out of the last three. I can’t describe scents properly, but it smells of fruits: strawberry, pineapple… with a touch of strawberry and vanilla. Sweet but not cloying, very cheerful. It brings back memories of the beach and sugar-free gummy worms. Very youthful, feminine and fun. Highly recommended for this summer! It lasts longer than I expected and I love it.

  • Without a doubt the richest perfume I’ve ever tried. I’ll be buying it for Christmas. What a pity it’s limited. It’s superb, smells purely of summer, very youthful.

  • Without a doubt the richest perfume I’ve tried so far. I’m going to buy it for Christmas. What a pity it’s limited edition. Too rich, it simply smells of summer, very youthful.

  • Delicious for summer and spring! Smells like sweet pineapple, has great longevity and feels like a trip to the Caribbean. I love it, it’s like a delicacy.

My first Escada! I’d never tried this brand before and I’m glad I bought it. It’s fresh, fruity and sweet, with a strawberry and vanilla highlight. The bottle is understated but I love the gradient and the butterflies; they even give away a pink butterfly ring. I tested it cold and it didn’t last long or have much sillage, probably because it’s a summer scent. I’ll try it in the heat to see how it performs.

The best summer edition of Escada. You can smell every note described. Smells citrusy and zesty. It’s super summery and highly recommended.

  • My first Escada, a gift from my mother that I absolutely loved. Smells like spring-summer with fruits and a citrus touch. The base is sweet but blends well without being heavy. It gives me a soapy sensation, like coming back from the beach and washing up with something fresh that smells clean. I really liked it and it suits my skin perfectly.

  • I bought it today along with Escada Agua del Sol, both at a good price thanks to the offer. I’m so happy! I adore both, but Turquoise Summer is my favourite: it’s less citrusy, sweeter but not overwhelming or cloying, and has good longevity. I’m in love with it; I’ll be using it all summer.

  • I bought it today along with Escada Agua de Sol, both at a very good price, on offer. I’m so happy! I adore both, but Turquoise Summer even more: it’s less citrusy, sweeter but not cloying, and has very good staying power. I love it, I’ll use it all summer.

  • I bought it blindly to have several summer perfumes and vary my collection. I’d never tried these LEs from Escada before, only Act 2 which I used many years ago and I can’t remember the scent; I was left with a rancid miniature. To be honest with you about Turquoise Summer: at first I smelled a common fruity body splash and was a little disappointed, but I liked the simple and beautiful bottle with that adorable fuchsia butterfly (I bought the 50ml version just for the butterfly, I think the 30ml doesn’t come with it). After showering and putting it on, after a few hours I loved it. I only smell strawberries or red fruits; I’d never used such a fruity perfume, as I don’t like body splashes. I’ve liked it too much, ideal for summer. Yes, it has little trail and longevity, maximum three hours and very soft, but it’s a very pleasant scent. I just smelled it again to write this and felt a faint note of liquor that I adore, and after several hours on blotting paper there’s a faint woody note that I also love, presumably from the sandalwood. In conclusion, it surprised me for the better. I’ll use it all summer alongside Light Blue, Blue Drop, Benetton Colors Blue (which isn’t yet on Fragrantica) and my beloved I Love Love by Moschino. Although they’re citrusy, Turquoise Summer has won me over. Now I’m going to look for Agua de Sol, this year’s limited edition, but I’ll try it first… 😉

  • I bought it blind because I wanted several summer fragrances to rotate through. I’d never tried an Escada LE before, only Acto 2 which I used many years ago and can’t remember the scent; I only had a mini that has now gone rancid. To be honest: on first sniff I thought it was a common fruity body splash, a bit disappointed I looked at the simple bottle and that fuchsia butterfly fabric ring (I bought the 50ml just for the butterfly, I think the 30ml doesn’t come with it). After my shower I put it on and, after a few hours, I loved it. I only smell strawberries or red berries; I’d never used such a fruity perfume because I don’t like body splashes. I’ve enjoyed it too much, ideal for summer. If I say it has a light trail and longevity of just three hours and is very soft, it’s still a lovely scent. I just smelled it again to write this and caught a faint liquor note which I adore, and after several hours on blotting paper a faint woody note which I also love, probably from the sandalwood. In conclusion, it surprised me for the better. I’ll be using it all summer alongside Light Blue, Blue Drop, Benetton Colors Blue (which isn’t yet on Fragrantica) and my beloved I Love Love by Moschino. Although they’re citrus, Turquoise Summer has won me over. Now I’m hunting for Agua del Sol, this year’s LE, but I’ll try it first 😉

I loved it when it was given to me, but now I think it’s a bit childish for me. It’s very tropical and I find it hard to wear; I see it for informal occasions, shopping trips or beach walks, but it’s no longer one of my favourites. Moreover, it lacks good longevity and projection (perhaps only four hours on the skin). I see it more for very young girls between 13 and 21; I’m over 25 and it doesn’t seem to suit me; I prefer perfumes with more presence and personality. The scent is rich, but I wouldn’t buy it for myself. Escada should have done better with this perfume; I expected better quality.

Escada always does the best for summer. The bottle with the butterfly ring and those translucent blueish tones that remind you of the sea make it very attractive. It smells as if you’re on the beach enjoying a tropical milkshake with sweet milk, assorted fruits (berries, strawberries, raspberries) and a hint of sweets, all blended together. 🙂

  • They gave it to me because it wasn’t my usual style of expensive fragrances. I’m not put off by it; at first, it smells of red fruits with a hint of lemon and reminds me of a fruit drink, like a daiquiri. Then, after two hours, it feels denser and a bit cloying. I think it’s for teenagers and only for summer. I’d like to try Aqua di Sol, as I’ve read it’s more citrusy.

  • I’d never tried Escada’s Summer line before and spotted a Turquoise Summer nearly full for €20, so I couldn’t resist. Perhaps this is my last foray into this range. On my skin, it smells like those sugar-free coloured gummies that all taste the same. Supposedly the red ones are strawberry or raspberry, the yellow ones banana or lemon, and the blue ones blackcurrant, yet they all smell identical. Turquoise Summer smells like a sticky eight-year-old’s hands after devouring a tub of these sweets. It’s not an unpleasant scent, but I can’t find a moment to wear it. I have no young daughters or nieces to gift it to. Moderate longevity, around four hours, and after fifteen minutes it sits close to the skin. As for compliments… none.

A delicious fruit cocktail; I adore it, but it fades very quickly… if it lasted a little longer, it would be one of my favourites.

  • At eight, it smells of pure mango to me; if I had to pick a fruit, it would be mango. I love it too.
