  It begins fruity with bergamot, violet, and apple. In the middle, I detect tonka bean and geranium, though I didn’t sense any pepper. The dry down is vanilla and patchouli with soft cashmere woods. I loved the opening and the ending, although the middle with the tonka felt a bit off at first. It smells youthful, with a moderate trail that becomes more noticeable if you apply more. Lasts over 12 hours. Made by Mavive, it offers freshness and sweetness for intermediate seasons and daytime wear. Although it claims to be woody, I recommend it to those seeking fruity notes and soft, semi-sweet woods.

Although it claims to be woody, I recommend it to those seeking fruity notes and semi-sweet soft woods.

  Zippo Original isn’t bad, but it doesn’t stand out. It smells more rustic than refined, featuring vanilla, lavender, apple, bergamot and grapefruit. There’s a strange extra note, like sage, with a very slight sweetness. It serves well for sport or as a good deodorant, without being overwhelming. Recommended for the afternoon, shopping or walks, but forget about formal events. The longevity is acceptable, the scent is linear but leaves a pleasant trail.

  I never imagined Zippo would make perfumes. I own the pink one, yet they all smell the same. I was surprised by the opening: no petrol at all, but rather a fruity, fresh, damp scent with that metallic violet touch. Over time, it turns sweet thanks to the vanilla and tonka bean, shifting from green to woody. It lasts well for over 10 hours with moderate projection at first. Ideal for mild days or spring, informal and perfect for young people. It’s not elegant, but for a leisurely outing, it’s first-class.
