An old-school blue fragrance, very woody and potent (it gives you a headache if you don’t warn people). It’s a pleasant scent for a serious man. Paradoxically, it’s my childhood perfume; my mother used to put it on me for primary school, so there’s a lot of nostalgia when I smell it. Highly recommended!

A rich but short-lived fragrance. Citrusy aroma (not declared, but I felt it very strongly), fresh and ozonic, suitable for daily use and mild heat, not too much as it has a warm touch. Lasts 5-6 hours on skin. Projection is quite good, not excessive, but for the price, it’s fine. Recommend for daily use or rotation; it lasts longer than Blue’s Jorge Di Profundo. It’s masculine and suitable for all ages.

This perfume is one of my favourites. At first, the scent can be a bit strong, but after a few minutes the intensity drops and it stops being so invasive. I don’t recommend over-applying it, or it can become too overpowering; I once made that mistake. I recommend it for adults over 30.

The opening is totally citrusy with fresh marine notes; it reminds me of the sea and a blue sky. It’s true that it resembles a lemon air freshener. The first hour projects a lot, then it settles down to skin scent. I consider it an office fragrance: neat, clean, and straightforward. I wear it to work, apply it before going out, and again when I return.

ALL THIS IS ABOUT THE REFRESHING COLONIA VERSION: It’s the same one I used 10 years ago—super lemony opening, that candy lemon sort, with a bit of lavender and aquatic notes. If it’s 35 degrees outside and you put this on, it refreshes your life. After 10 minutes, the heart comes in, becoming creamier and subtler, noticeable but not aggressive, friendly and pleasant. For summer, extreme heat, the pool, day or night, it’s brilliant. It gives energy and has a great trail. It lasts an hour longer making itself felt, then fades after about 4 hours, accompanying with bursts even in the wind. I bought it again for summer in my very hot area and it’s fantastic. Extremely low price, looks like a gift. AND SPEAKING OF THE PERFUME ITSELF: sharp, vulgar, alcoholic, retro—I prefer the cologne.

I bought it a few days ago based on reviews. Today it would be an old-school or barbershop scent, but for what’s now called barbershop (fresh, talcum-powdered, mentholated, soft), this fits that category, though it takes some laaaarge minutes after application. I don’t feel it smells good. I can’t believe I used this at 14; I remembered it as much more citrusy. Perhaps the reformulations weren’t kind. According to what it offers, it should go to barbershop, old-school, vintage… but its opening is aggressive, with a shrill lemon and synthetic toilet-disinfectant type smell, explosive and astringent lavender. After 20 minutes, it becomes more bearable; a calm lavender appears, the lemon drops, and it turns woody, soft, and vanilla-like. Honestly, I don’t see it as recommendable today; there are more bearable old-school proposals in October 2022. Worth noting that as a cologne, the performance is very good (about 4 hours before I wanted to take it off), with moderate to high trail and projection for the first hour, then it drops significantly but is still felt with movement in bursts, not going unnoticed.

This perfume was exclusive to alpha males; nowadays I don’t see anyone wearing it.
