I still have a 2015 deodorant spray that keeps my 14-year-old self alive, haha. I loved it. It’s pleasant, fresh and youthful, but very generic; ideal only for informal use like going to the gym or straight out of the shower.
It’s a bit strong and smells very similar to Hugo Boss Man. A super masculine scent; for the price, it’s an excellent option with great longevity and has earned me several compliments.
At first, it smells of alcohol, but soon a very pleasant apple note emerges. I like the opening: that apple with a menthol touch, not subtle but well-received. As it settles, it remains fruity/green but becomes sweeter. Longevity and sillage are light, but the quality is correct for the price. There are better options in the same range. A fresh, generic but pleasant fragrance (if your nose isn’t put off by non-niche scents). Smells of juicy green apple, citrus, slightly mentholated and a hint of spice. It evokes cleanliness, fresh out of the shower, suitable for informal situations like the gym, the beach or relaxed outdoor walks. Longevity and sillage are moderate on my skin; I find it more youthful than adult, perhaps for ages 13 to 25?
My favourite Playboys are: Miami, Vip and Malibu, in that order. This perfume is very pleasant; it’s not the typical pharmacy or supermarket perfume smell. The performance isn’t amazing, but it’s quite decent. It opens with a green apple note and lots of mint, very fresh. Later, iris is felt, becoming slightly powdery along with some woods.
I owned it; one of the first I bought, a very rich fragrance. Pity the longevity; I hoped someone would tell me about a similar scent with better staying power.
