  • I have it and I love it! I bought it for 199 kn with its perfumed body cream, which also smells delicious, though you won’t believe it until you try it. I adore the perfume because the bottle is beautiful with that bow; although it’s only 50 ml, it’s worth it for its sweet, vanilla-scented aroma, which isn’t cloying but also doesn’t go unnoticed. Just a word of caution: never buy it if it exceeds 150-200 kn; better to wait for the next catalogue and you’ll see it comes cheaper.

  • I’ve been wearing it for a few weeks, and although the first impression was negative, I’ve come to like it more with time. Certainly, I prefer it to Far Away Exotic, but less than the original. It is worth trying but doesn’t stand out, and I can’t find much personality in it.

  • It smells of sweet fruit, so if you’re looking for fresh citrus, this might not be your cup of tea. It opens with tangerine, moves into a fruity floral with pineapple, and settles into a creamy soapy dry down. It’s pleasant, though it doesn’t last long.

  • Fruity and sweet, not highly recommended for those who prefer fresh citrus, as it is a sweet citrus-fruit blend. I detect citrus top notes like tangerine, then it transforms into a fruity floral, perhaps magnolia or frangipani with pineapple, and finally settles into a creamy soap-like scent. It is pleasant, though it doesn’t last long.

  • It’s pretty; I liked it enough to buy it because it isn’t as intense as the original Far Away, and its citrus top note of tangerine lightens it up considerably. Just to clarify, the Fragrantica notes don’t match the box, as it doesn’t contain Tonka Bean. The box lists: Italian tangerines, Chinese magnolias, vanilla, almonds, cloves, and cinnamon. It’s very economical and I also bought it with its body cream. It doesn’t smell cheap or typical of Avon and could pass for a celebrity fragrance; what it lacks is longevity.

  • It’s floral and sweet, yet quite fresh at the same time. From the Far Away line it’s the softest and lightest, nothing like the traditional one. I detect a strong citrus smell, like oranges, perhaps it’s the clementine. I find it quite similar to Playboy Vip. It’s worth buying as it’s suitable for everything, doesn’t offend anyone’s nose and is good value. It lasts about six hours on skin and much longer on clothes. Recommended for young women.

  • It’s floral and sweet but very fresh. From the Far Away line, this is the softest and lightest, nothing like the classic. I get a strong citrus note, like orange or clementine. It reminds me of Playboy Vip. Worth it: it suits any occasion, isn’t overpowering, and is good value. Lasts about six hours on skin and longer on clothes. Recommended for younger girls.

Its scent is totally different from the original Far Away and more subtle: it’s citrusy and spiced. It smells quite like tangerine juice with a white flower note and a quite perceptible clove. It reminds me of a certain fragrance but I can’t quite pin down the name. I prefer the original perfume by far.

Far Away Bella is a discontinued fragrance from the Far Away line that I own two bottles of and treasure. I like it; it’s delicate, fruity, and slightly sweet, cosy without being loud. It has that juicy clementine quality with a creamy magnolia base, underpinned by vanilla and spice (vanilla, almonds, cloves, and cinnamon, according to the box). After an hour, it leaves a trail of caramelised almond. It’s lovely, the bottle is a dream, and it reflects a pretty girl. Thanks to its moderate sweetness, it goes with everything except extreme heat. It feels romantic, innocent, and seductive; it makes you feel beautiful instantly.

Far Away Bella, a discontinued fragrance from the Far Away line. I picked up two bottles which I look after carefully; I like it quite a lot. It’s delicate, fruity sweetness, welcoming without being overwhelming. It has that juiciness and sweetness of a clementine mixed with the creaminess of magnolia and a vanilla-spiced base: vanilla, almonds, cloves and cinnamon (according to the box and Avon). It has a slight hint of almond oil which, combined with the rest, makes it smell like caramelised almonds past their best. I think it’s a lovely fragrance and the bottle is a real treat, reflecting what it is: a pretty girl. For its moderate sweetness it’s suitable for all seasons, perhaps not so much for a very hot summer day, but certainly for the rest. It’s romantic, lovely and a bit seductively innocent; it makes you feel pretty just by wearing it.

Quick fact: Millanel Argentina, in their 4-for campaign for the anniversary, launched ‘Sentir Pasión’. It declares notes almost identical to Far Away Bella and turns out to be an imitation of Valentino’s Voce Viva. If you enjoyed Far Away Bella and can no longer get it as it’s discontinued, opt for ‘Sentir Pasión’ by Millanel. Bear in mind that Millanel’s is a touch sweeter, whereas Far Away Bella feels a bit more ‘woody’ to me, but basically they offer the same thing.

What a fresh and fruity perfume; nothing like the classic Far Away which feels synthetic and heavy to me. What a pity they discontinued it; I haven’t smelled anything like it since. I also tried Millanel, and it’s a different story: Sentir Pasión smells of patchouli wood and blackberries, much more elegant and nocturnal. Bella was fresh, with that juicy tangerine that accompanies you all day and light woods, nothing heavy, ideal for daytime.

A beautiful fruity fragrance, nothing like the classic Far Away, which I find too synthetic and heavy. What a pity they’ve discontinued it; I can’t smell anything like it anymore. I also sold the Millennial, and it has nothing to do with Passion, which is woody, patchouli, and blackberry, more stately and nocturnal. Bella was fresh, with a juicy tangerine that stayed with you all day and a base of light woods, nothing heavy, ideal for daytime wear.
