I agree with the retro touch of the previous one; it even reminded me of Shalimar. I had a stomach ache yesterday and scents bother me more, so my opinion might be biased. It has great presence and incredible longevity, but aside from the resinous side, it smells of clover or cloves—that old-fashioned eugenol that I usually don’t like. It’s not a modern amber; it’s good, but I can’t see myself wearing it.

It’s a talc-tinged, retro amber without being outdated. From the start, there are resin notes with a powdery touch and vanilla. There’s also a subtle animal nuance, nothing exaggerated, which gives it that retro air. Gradually it becomes creamy and sweet without being cloying, maintaining that powdery sensation. It doesn’t evolve much; it’s linear but of excellent quality. The performance is good; a few sprays last for hours. It’s totally unisex, suits both men and women well. I used it in the heat without any issues, though it’s better for cold or mild weather. I really liked it. It’s not the typical amber; it smells wonderful and feels like a fine fragrance. The downside: the price.

This is baby powder for adults: delicious, soapy, and creamy, yet also powdery, without any flaws. A rare scent nowadays, perhaps old-fashioned, but certainly delicious. This house has something in its fragrances that attracts you, more than just a simple signature, perhaps a new style. I don’t know, all I know is that I love it.
