A new launch from the Madrid-based house aimed at quelling the heat for men and women this summer. Let’s begin; it is a unisex EDT that, as such, suits neither men (who find it too floral) nor women (who find it too dry). I say this based on personal sales experience. The opening is very citrusy and dry simultaneously due to the intensive bitter orange, which eclipses the lemon and, in my opinion, mars the opening by reducing the freshness. For me, it would be more logical for the lemon to dominate with a more refreshing start. Moving to the heart, it is a floral with no glory that fades in the background and disappears before you realise it was there. It’s like a kind of alcohol with citrus, a very clichéd mix used by CK in their summer editions. If this is your fragrance style, you will surely like it.
There are good deals… The assistant was very nice and gave me a sample, so I’ve been wearing it now. It starts very citrusy and strong, but these are harsh, acidic, and dry citrus notes; then it transitions to neroli with musk, which stands out throughout, with a faint powdery iris scent that gives it a very modern touch. It doesn’t smell like a classic cologne; it has modernity, which I liked. A modern citrus cologne. Recommended for lovers of fresh and light fragrances, ideal for high temperatures.

New launch from the Madrid house to cool down men and women this summer. It’s an unisex EDT that, from my sales experience, suits neither men (they find it too floral) nor women (they find it too dry). The opening is very citrusy and dry due to the intense bitter orange, which eclipses the lemon and, in my opinion, detracts from the freshness at the start; it would be better if the lemon stood out. In the heart, it’s a floral note without merit that fades quickly, as if it were alcohol with citrus, a very clichéd blend from CK in their summer editions. If it’s your style, you’ll surely like it.
I own a Cala Dor and the opening is quite similar, but the sillage of this one seems slightly better. The dry-down is more floral, though I can’t detect any Miami scent aside from a psychedelic, retro 90s bottle. It feels more feminine than masculine. For those who own other editions, it is largely dispensable. I am unaware of the differences with Miami ^BEACH^; if anyone knows, please comment.
Well, I like it; it’s perfect for summer and smells a lot like the Coral Sea Water I used to have. My parents got it for me this Christmas. You always need something like this, citrusy and not heavy.
I like it; it’s ideal for summer and smells very much like the Coral Sea Water I used to have. I received it as a gift from the Kings this year. It’s always good to have something like this: citrusy and not too heavy.
I really like it. It distils summer, heat, the beach, and good vibes… Very fresh, and unlike many other EDTs, the projection and longevity are excellent. Citrusy and slightly sweet, yet with a touch of depth. Perhaps that’s why it’s categorised as unisex. Despite its price (I find it a bit expensive), I am seriously considering buying it, unless someone advises a similar but more affordable alternative.
I love it. Smells like summer, heat, and the beach, with excellent sillage. Very fresh, and unlike other EDTs, its projection and longevity are top-notch. It’s citrusy with a sweet touch and a certain depth, perhaps why they call it unisex. Although I think it’s a bit pricey, I plan to buy it unless someone recommends a similar but cheaper alternative.
Nenuco is cloying. The opening is unpleasant, with those typical ‘head lice’ cologne flaws: heavy alcohol and sharp soapy notes. It quickly turns into a spiced Nenuco dominated by overwhelming orange blossom and a salty undertone from the lemon bottle; I suppose the bitter orange contributes too. At times, it reminds me of someone’s breath after eating a lemon candy, teetering on the edge of citrus/salty territory and drifting into a sweetness that’s too much for a cologne, almost becoming cloying especially when the orange clashes with the musk. I didn’t like it at all; I prefer more revitalising or dark, dynamic scents with a mineral, citrus, and herbal cleanliness. Additionally, this occasionally gives off a porous, sweet note reminiscent of a tangerine ice cream, perhaps due to the iris and orange clash. Objectively, it seemed poor; subjectively, I dislike it, but upon analysing the full combination, I find a very thick and fatal assembly for its price. I’ve tried Roger & Gallet waters that are cheaper and make this line of soft Loewe waters look pale. Average longevity for a citrus eau de toilette.
Cloying. The opening is unpleasant, with flaws reminiscent of head lice colognes full of alcohol and lemony notes. Quickly it becomes a sugary Nenuco with very dominant orange blossom notes and a salty undertone from the lemon jug, perhaps aided by the bitter orange. At some point, it smells like the breath of someone who has just eaten a lemon candy, on the verge of overdoing the citrus/salty territory and stepping into a sweeter cologne than intended, which doesn’t quite commit but is close to becoming cloying, especially when the orange clashes with the musk. This one gives you a porous and sweet note reminiscent of a tangerine ice cream due to the clash of iris and orange. Another fresh and wonderful summer cologne from Loewe. It’s a small bomb that delivers literal freshness from petit grain, neroli, and lemon. In reality, it has nothing original and the usual thing happens with Loewe colognes: the price is high when there are far cheaper options of this concept with enormous quality. Nevertheless, as a lover of classic colognes, I adore these Loewe formulas and hope they continue for a long time.
Another refreshing and wonderful summer fragrance from Loewe. It’s a small burst of freshness featuring petit grain, neroli, and lemon. Honestly, it lacks originality and repeats Loewe’s usual issue: a high price when far cheaper, equally high-quality options exist. Nevertheless, as a lover of classic fragrances, I adore these formulas and hope they remain available for a long time.
It delivers exactly what it promises: a high-quality white floral, musky, and soapy scent that achieves that fresh and clean vibe. It follows the same line as Eau Sauvage Cologne but with superior quality.
For me, the best option is to stick with NENUCO, full stop.
Fresh and citrusy, yet feels generic without any standout notes.
