Amó by Natura

Well, I bought it to wear to work, I had no idea it was similar to 212 vip. I noticed a citrus opening, a while after application the smell changes, I assume it smells of the woodiness of cedar and a little cinnamon and Tonka Bean, if I oversprayed it left a sillage, but on my skin it projected very little, very for the evening, masculine smell, although it’s not one of those smells you never forget, the truth is there’s something in the base of many Natura fragrances that makes them smell very similar, anyway. It does the job

For me it’s an excellent fragrance surpassing Carolina Herrera’s 212 VIP in scent, that perfume I only find woody and sweet but Amó is a very sweet fragrance thanks to the tonka bean, super citrusy and acidic thanks to the lime, but it’s also a very sensual fragrance, but the problem is it only projects for an hour and that hour can be moderate or heavy depending on how many sprays we apply and after that it becomes a very soft perfume or rather it could disappear from the skin and on clothes it disappears too, it doesn’t last for days and that’s the bad thing about this fragrance and it disappoints me, ideal for a night out, it has a very good presentation and it’s a shame they discontinued it.

Hi everyone, I’ve just bought this spectacular fragrance … it’s just like Carolina Herrera’s 212 VIP but with less sillage and longevity and for the price it’s really worth it. In particular I liked the same fragrance in the same bottle but it’s called Amo Esquenta, it’s much more sensual… I don’t know why it’s not here on Fragrantica, there’s only the old discontinued version… but try Amo Esquenta for dates !!! You won’t regret it, one of the best Natura fragrances for an incredible price.

Sweet… woody and sensual. It’s one of my favourites from Natura, I do regret that they discontinued the other Amó versions. The times I’ve worn it have been more on cold days or nights out, it performs quite well and doesn’t fade next to other fragrances. I like the base notes, it feels quite elegant and addictive. Worth trying. Longevity: 7 to 8 hrs. projection: 2 hrs. Price: seems fair to me for what it offers. standout notes: Tonka Bean, fruity, musk and amber. cheers!

Exquisitely similar to 212 VIP but costing a fifth of the price, with no loss of quality in the scent, in fact I find this Amó from Natura more addictive, like a bit more mentholated, perhaps because of the rosemary, also a bit less boozy than 212 VIP. To emphasise the differences I can say that Carolina Herrera’s has greater projection and a greater party vibe, whatever you want to call it; in contrast the Natura Amó is warmer, cosier, like more intimate and a touch sweeter. I got it for a price equivalent to 16 dollars for the 100 mL bottle. Good deal.

I can’t quite remember what this fragrance smelled like anymore, but what I do remember are the compliments I used to receive for it. I remember it smelled very herbal and one of the comments people often made to me (in a good way) was “You smell of patchouli.” I’m not a man who likes citrus fragrances, but looking at the notes, I understand why I liked this fragrance. 212 VIP

For me, it’s excellent and surpasses Carolina Herrera’s 212 VIP. That one smells of wood and sweetness, whereas Amó is sweet due to the tonka bean, super citrusy and acidic with lime. It’s sensual, but unfortunately, it only lasts an hour. Depending on how many sprays you use, it can be moderate or heavy, before fading gently or disappearing from both skin and clothes. It doesn’t linger for days, which disappoints me. It’s ideal for going out at night, has lovely packaging, and it’s a shame they’ve discontinued it.

I don’t know why it’s not listed here on Fragantica; only the old discontinued version is available… but try Amó Esquenta for dates, you won’t regret it. One of the best from Natura at an incredible price.

In fact, this Natura Amó feels more addictive to me, with a mentholated hint, perhaps due to the rosemary, and slightly less alcoholic than the original. If there are differences, the Carolina Herrera version has more projection and a party vibe; conversely, the Natura Amó is cozier, more welcoming and intimate, and a little sweeter. I got the 100ml bottle for around $16. Great deal.
