I tested this fragrance two days ago and MFK has bet on a unisex style with a feminine edge. It is linear, with no significant evolutions. What stands out is the floral and musky aspect. The vanilla is in the background, without extra sweetness, and I detect a slight animalic point from the amber. The lavender is not classic; it is toned down and softened, not standing out among the flowers. This didn’t fully convince me, but surely on a female skin it would be a bomb. Duration and projection have no faults: it projects well for the first hour and then stays in a personal bubble, lasting 7-8 hours on skin, as many from the house do. Its versatility is total: less for the gym, but suitable for any moment. It is beautiful for semi-formal, formal, or moderate leisure situations (dinners, quiet afternoons…). As I always say, don’t just focus on the rating; test on skin before buying niche. In the end, you are the judge of what makes you enjoy it.
Aaaah, I wore it today. First test. It is a classic floral aroma, soft, discreet, warm, and elegant. My mind was telling me it resembles… which, which, which…? A classic aroma: «L’air du Temps» by Nina Ricci. That scent jumps to my head. A classic aroma, restrained floral, elegant…, with a more powdery and contemporary touch. No risk, nor great pretensions. A daytime fragrance to wear in the office or at a formal event. A soft warmth, with which you will surely succeed if you don’t want to wear a penetrating aroma. The lavender and the powdery notes become very prominent after a while of wearing it, and the vanilla finally takes control. It is something like a balanced combination that delivers. If you like «J’adore» by Dior, to name another more modern fragrance, this will probably seduce you too. It resembles it. Personally, I wouldn’t buy a bottle, not because I didn’t like it, but because there are similar aromas at a lower price, and if it is a house like MFK I would invest the money in a more original aroma. It is true that it follows the house’s silky and exquisite line, with exceptional quality.

Few perfumes I love as much with so little. Fresh at the start, the flowers enter after ten seconds, followed by the lavender, which over time gains intensity over the orange blossom. I don’t notice the amber and vanilla part as much, but the balance is perfect. It has so much charm… Ufff. I’m wearing it now and can’t help but say: I love it. Every time I put it on, I like it more. Perhaps a girl might note the masculinity from the lavender and a boy the femininity from the orange blossom. A textbook unisex! It could be a spectacular signature scent. It suits everything: daily wear, office, dates, cinema, nights out, summer, winter, rain or sun. It doesn’t matter. It works in any situation. Of course, there are better perfumes for specific occasions or intense heat, but APOM is good in everything. It is memorable; if you wear it as a signature, you will stand out in class and elegance. I catalogue it as romantic, enchanting, and subtle in aroma, but brutal in performance. For me, it lasts 12-13 hours (10 sprays). I think those over 30 will appreciate it more; I don’t see it as youthful. It is undervalued compared to others from the house. Absolutely recommended and among my favourites. I give it 9 out of 10.
Few perfumes I like as much with so little. Fresh on application, the flowers enter after ten seconds and the lavender starts immediately, gaining intensity over the orange blossom over time and little else. I don’t notice the amber and vanilla part. And little more olfactorily. But the aroma is so well balanced. It has so much charm… Ufff. I am wearing it now while writing this review and can’t help but use these adjectives… I love it! And every time I put it on, I like it more and more. Perhaps a girl would say she notes the masculinity from the lavender and a boy would say it is more feminine from the orange blossom. So… a textbook unisex. I think it could be a spectacular signature scent. It suits everything. Daily, office, dates, cinemas, nights out, summer, winter, rain, sun,… It doesn’t matter. It is good in any situation. It is true that for each specific situation, there are surely better perfumes. There are definitely better perfumes for going out. Better for intense heat, without a doubt. Etc, etc. But APOM has, for me, to be good in any situation, something that those “specialised” for specific occasions generally cannot boast. Furthermore, this perfume is very memorable. If you wear it as a signature scent, you will distinguish yourself in class and elegance over the great mass. It is one of those perfumes I catalogue as romantic. Enchanting. Subtle… But subtle in aroma. Because in performance, at least for me, it is spectacular. I notice it a lot in the trail and in duration it goes between 12 and 13 hours (10 sprays: 4 on chest, 4 on neck, and one on each wrist). That said, I think the most positive rating will come from people over 30. I don’t see it as a youthful fragrance. Nevertheless, I think it is quite undervalued compared to others in general, or from the same house. Absolutely recommended and among my favourites. I give it a 9 out of 10.
Apom from 2024 is a rather unusual beauty in these times, having the luck of coming from a wonderful fragrance and with those floral effluvia and that majestic, notable, and powerful ylang giving it incredible power. It is one of those florals I like to wear with gusto and certainly it is rare, and even rarer than me using ylang, although the orange blossom (which I love) is very present. That majestic floral iridescence uniting with the mellowness of the amber hypnotises me. In this soapy floral orgy with amber nectar, the lavender settles like a thirsty violet butterfly, buaaahhhh!!, I certainly reach the climax.
Apom 2024 is an unusual gem in today’s market. Coming from a wonderful fragrance and blending those floral effluvia with a majestic, potent ylang, it possesses incredible power. It is floral, worn with gusto, and rare, especially for me who don’t usually wear ylang, although the orange blossom (which I adore) is very present. That floral iridescence uniting with the mellowness of the amber hypnotises me. In this soapy orgy with amber nectar, the lavender settles like a thirsty violet butterfly, buaaahhhh!, I certainly reach the climax.
A very rich perfume, a soft vanilla floral… it reminds me a lot of the original Eight & Bob, but leaning more towards a feminine side.
