  It’s one of the rarest perfumes I own, yet I absolutely adore it. It’s peculiar because it’s creamy and warm, yet still smells like summer. I wear it on hot days. On my skin, the neroli really stands out, along with the vanilla, and I also detect tropical notes that make it perfect for the season. In fact, sometimes I think if ideal summer had a scent, it would be this. The first impression is a dense, deep aroma, almost intimidating because you think you’ll never take it off. It’s strong, but not unpleasant. Gradually the notes settle, and as I said, on my skin the neroli and vanilla shine through, though it’s clear there’s more: creamy, warm, clean. The whole thing is enchanting. I like it enormously for daytime summer wear. I wouldn’t use it at night, although it’s elegant enough to do so, but it seems too luminous, just as I don’t see it for winter or cold days. Edit to add that the longevity is moderate to short, as is typical with summer perfumes, no more than four or five hours.
