  • Artisanal, natural, and high-quality aroma. Fresh and green, ideal for summer. It reminds me a lot of Hermès’ Un Jardin line; it seems inspired by Jean-Claude Ellena and uses many of his notes. The quality is extremely high, with very natural ingredients. It lasts all day, but the sillage, like a good artisanal fragrance, is moderate to low. Still, I recommend it as a work of art to enjoy.

  • Excellent green fragrance. Despite the notes, I felt it slightly sweet (confirmed by the sweet hay listed on the website). They mention white tea and bamboo, which I don’t know what they smell like, but it never seems forced or unnatural to me. Although they declare neroli or mate, which can sometimes be heavy, and this type of green perfume usually uses musk to last, I didn’t sense anything odd here. Everything is very balanced. The performance is positive; I could smell it for 10 hours or more. The problem is the price: normal Kilian bottles are a joke, and refills at 2 euros per ml are also expensive.

I thought Chanel’s Eau Verte Cristallée was the greenest… This is pleasant, relaxing, elegant, and fresh, with incredible fixative power for something so light. I don’t feel it as citrusy; what I notice most is the tea, bamboo, neroli, and a hint of oakmoss at the base. The citrus notes are there but not very prominent. Ideal for hot summer mornings and afternoons, or when you don’t know what to wear. I recommend it for hot days. It leaves you with that clean, creamy scent for hours.

  • Spectacular for summer. Smells of neroli, bitter orange, and freshly cut wet bamboo. I’d never smelled bamboo before and was doubtful at first, but then… I couldn’t stop bringing my arm to my nose. The projection on skin isn’t high; if you want to smell it, you have to get close, and that sometimes I love. The longevity is high; it was still noticeable the next day. The price is steep, but if you want to smell good and have no one within 10 km smelling the same, that’s what there is, and I prefer it that way.

Lemons, green tea, and the most realistic bamboo I’ve ever smelled. Very fresh, relaxing, and natural. Sometimes it smells like sweet, clean water. It’s not harsh or synthetic; it gives the sensation of being in a minimalist, well-kept Japanese garden. Sillage is soft to moderate. It lasts about six hours, though in heat (32°C+) it evaporates quickly. I’m not sure if it justifies the price, but it’s a very pretty fragrance.

Disclaimer: I’m testing an equivalent, so I’m giving my general opinion. It’s a green scent with floral and fruity touches, in the style of classic colognes. If you’re looking for something fresh and light, not powerful or loud, you’ll love it. I agree with those who say it resembles Elizabeth Arden’s Green Tea: here there are more flowers and orange at the start, whereas Green Tea is greener and spicier. In short, if you want something green, floral, and fruity, this is your option. It doesn’t suit me just now, but it’s fine for daily wear and summer. Not for cold weather, though it could work well for sport.

  • A beautiful fragrance, perfect for hot weather. It lasts around five hours on clothes. I recommend it 100% and will definitely be buying it again.
