  • It reminds me a lot of Armani Code Sport, it has that herbal and mentholated roll of ACS that gives you positive energy but with more intensity and longer lasting on my skin. Very good option for both formal and informal events in spring, autumn and winter. It has quite acceptable sillage and longevity between 8 and 10 hours.

  • What a spectacular aroma. That opening of mandarin with aquatic mint and ginger is uffff. Over time it dries down super much in the style of Starwalker, with the suede and violet leaves emerging gradually. What a beautiful smell. In short, it reminds me 90% of the Montblanc Starwalker. And the best part, it lasts very well on my skin, more than 6 hours. Projection of about 2 – 3 hours, not bad. But what I like most is that all this good performance is due to it being an Eau de Parfum, so be sure it won’t abandon you so easily. Recommended. You can get the new tester bottle for $21. Go on, friends, get it. KENNETH COLE BLACK BOLD. Rating: 8.5/10

I found Black Bold by chance and when I smelled the cap, it seemed super fresh, almost unisex, which didn’t convince me at first as I was looking for more intense and masculine scents; my skin usually makes perfumes last a short while. At the start it’s floral and aquatic, safe thanks to the mint and orange, and the lotus flower gives it that unisex touch. It’s very subtle at first, but an hour later I was surprised to feel it becoming more masculine, with the suede appearing and combining with the aquatic notes to give a very formal air. I love that the scent intensifies over time without invading or annoying, ideal for day and night, especially in offices where that touch of suede keeps it delicate. For a fragrance at $25 to have such performance and evolution is a gem, as I didn’t expect anything. It has captured my attention, it’s meant to be finished quickly because 4 to 10 sprays don’t overwhelm and it just intensifies. A lovely proposition from Kenneth Cole that I’ll continue to enjoy over time, best wishes.

Very similar opening to Montblanc Starwalker, but the dry down smells like Acqua Amara. Fresh, energising, versatile and pleasant. Ideal for summer and also for daily wear. Scent 8, Sillage 7, Longevity 8, Price 10

Definitely, its opening is very similar to Montblanc Starwalker, but with a dry down to Bulgari Acqua Amara. Fresh, energising, versatile, pleasant. Perfect for summer, and could be used as a daily fragrance. Scent 8 Sillage 7 Longevity 8 Price 10

  • What a delight for everyday wear! Fresh, with that little touch of incense and suede, it suits me perfectly and is highly recommended.

  • This fragrance caught me by surprise; it projects massively and lasts about six hours. I have to reapply midday and people always ask, it’s definitely an affordable gem worth the money.

Kenneth Cole Black Bold (EDP): Pulled it out of the cupboard and the truth is, it doesn’t smell quite like the photos, but it’s not bad, just strong. At 48, the first hit smells of intense pine with a potent sweetness; with just two sprays on the neck and two on the wrists, it’s immediately noticeable as masculine and not soft. Personally, it can be overwhelming if you don’t watch the quantity. I’ve worn it for three hours and, although I’m alone, I notice the initial aroma softens and becomes more bearable without losing its character. I see it as perfect for a professional in their thirties, someone confident and well-dressed, ideal for the office without being over the top. I bought it in Panama for $30 and it’s worth it for daily use. A tip: apply it 10 or 15 minutes before heading out so the initial intensity subsides and settles into its heart note, which is warmer and more refined. Enjoy!

Kenneth Cole Black Bold (EDP): Review from Real Experience. The first impression: it’s nothing like what is written in the references, but I’m not saying it smells bad. At 48, I feel it’s a bit strong in its first punch, like strong pine, and I only used two sprays on the neck and two on the wrists. It has a strong sweetness within that spectrum, very masculine, not soft. In use and caution, it can be harassing, so be careful with the sprays and where you put them. It has a good punch. In duration and development, I’ve been wearing it for about three hours feeling more of the aroma, it’s not so strong anymore, the same smells but more bearable. Style and context: I see it for someone adult entering their thirties, like me; not for a young lad. It’s a good choice for the office, for a casual executive professional, confident in themselves. Well-dressed, clean and who likes to smell good. Value and conclusion: good price, I got it in Panama for about $30. Within my collection it fits well, I think it can be used daily. My only tip: if you feel it’s too strong at the start, apply it 10-15 minutes before going out. That allows the sting to pass and it enters its middle phase, more bearable, warm and refined. Enjoy! It’s an aroma that accompanies you with presence.
