  A very good proposal from Avon in terms of price and quality. Upon spraying, you feel that spicy kick from the pink pepper, yet it’s always wrapped and shimmering with violet leaf, ladder, and sage; this makes it a fresh, spiced, and green fragrance where the leather and cashmere gradually emerge. It’s not a marked leather scent, but you can subtly detect a woody undertone from that combination. The cinnamon is very faint in the dry-down, but the violet, sage, and ladder always predominate, giving it that verdant touch. Towards the end, after a few hours, that ozonic note comes through. It conveys seriousness, making it ideal for work, meetings, or someone in a leadership role, and even for formal events like weddings or quinceañeras, as it carries elegance and seriousness without losing versatility. Of course, it suits someone well-dressed. It’s a mature fragrance, best worn by those over 30, though if you enjoy these aromas and are younger, go ahead. In terms of longevity and projection, being from Avon, it’s good: it lasts about six hours on the skin, much longer on clothes, and projects well for around two hours, although you’ll need to apply a considerable amount. If possible, it’s worth buying a decant and sharing it when needed. I’ll add that it’s one of those scents where you eventually stop noticing it (olfactory fatigue), but then someone asks what perfume you’re wearing and is surprised by how well it still projects. I recommend it if you’re over 30 and seeking seriousness and elegance. For the season: spring, autumn, and winter, suitable for day, afternoon, or night.

  A green and warm fragrance with pink pepper, cinnamon, and earthy patchouli for just five dollars—uff, what more could you ask for? It’s addictive and elegant, even in its bottle. At first, I didn’t notice it and kept reapplying, but later, when testing it on someone else, I realised it had caused olfactory fatigue. On the skin, it lasts around eight hours and is clearly noticeable beyond a metre. It has a vintage vibe; 10 out of 10.
