Fresh and citrusy at first, with a woody base. It’s almost identical to the regular Cool Water, just fresher. You can detect the mint, lavender, and orange blossom; perfect for hot weather, though it doesn’t project much on my skin. I’ve been using it since my teenage years in the 90s when my best friend wore it and I loved the scent; I bought my own back then and still have a quarter left, but I never fully took to it, finding it a bit generic and lacking character. Although it says it launched in 2004, it still sounds like the 90s to me.
The Frozen scent is delightful: citrus, floral, and woody at the end. When applied, it smells clean and elegant, blending mint, lavender, and rosemary. After 15 minutes, the orange blossom with jasmine and rosemary emerges; this sensation lasts another two hours, mixing with the top notes, and I love it, especially when it’s hot. At two and a half hours comes the dry-down, rich and prominent, with a mossy base, woods, and musk that gives excellent projection for another three hours. Afterwards, if the temperature rises, the delicious aromas return and it fixes beautifully on clothes. Recommended 100%; it’s a must for spring, summer, and autumn; in winter it comes across a bit flat because Frozen works best in non-cold climates. I live in Mexico. Give it a try and you’ll see it delivers hours of charm and great moments. Whenever I wore it, people would ask for the name, both women and men, so go on and enjoy it.
Very good orange blossom scent. The citrus touch at the start is a bit strong, but it settles down after an hour.
