Is it me, or does this smell exactly like Dior’s Gris?
Green and musky, with a slightly feminine vibe and moderate sillage. While I adore green notes, this particular one reminds me of hair lacquer. Although it looks elegant, it just doesn’t quite convince me.
I ordered the sample set after its launch, eager for the world’s green, citrusy, and aromatic notes, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. It’s very green, wet, and fits the forest waterfall image perfectly, alongside being highly aromatic and elegant. However, the coriander is difficult for me and stands out too much. Another strong note is the moss, and here it seems there was a mistake in the pyramid: Micallef’s website uses ‘mousse’ as a sweet dessert, but here it means moss and there’s nothing gourmand. In short: green, citrusy, wet, aromatic, elegant, and with a very masculine air. Performance is excellent, but the price is outrageous.
