M. Micallef Hypnotic Musk: to me, it’s the epitome of ‘dulcito aguachirri’. They say it has fruit and musk, but on my skin it smells diluted, lacking body and identity. You have to press your wrist right up to your nose to catch a whiff; from a distance, it projects nothing. The opening lasts mere seconds before leaving a sweet, generic sensation, too soft, without depth or evolution. It’s as if there’s an idea there but no force. This house always gets on my nerves: I’ve already made six blind buys and almost all have been disappointments, except Watch. I expected power and character worthy of the price, but it just doesn’t deliver. They don’t smell bad, but they all leave the same feeling of ‘is that all there is?’. While others talk about obsession, I smell something feeble, almost transparent. I’m not a troll; I’m giving my real experience. Sometimes it seems opinions are conditioned by gifts. I understand some might like it, but regarding projection and longevity, it’s a zero. That’s why they released the Néctar version to fix this. Verdict: don’t buy blind. If you try it and fall in love, great, but if you buy it without smelling it first, disappointment is almost certain. After five letdowns, I think very carefully before buying from this brand again without being able to test them.

Love at first sniff 😍 I went to the shop just to try it and fell in love. What a beautiful, delicate and feminine fragrance. It conveys sensuality and tenderness at the same time; it’s elegant and irresistible. It lasts at least 10 hours on my skin, which is excellent considering the price, which isn’t cheap. A work of art.
