I don’t usually like sweet or fruity fragrances, but this Cerisier by Solinotes is the freshest, juiciest cherry scent I’ve ever smelled. I love wearing it on its own, without mixing. My daughter enjoys layering it with the patchouli or vanilla from the same brand.
In Argentina, it’s sold as ‘eau de parfum’. To me, it smells more like a cherry tree with its blossoms (sakura) than the fruit itself; the floral notes really stand out, true to its name, ‘fleur de cerisier’. The scent is pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Of the Solinotes I own, this is the one with the shortest longevity (2–3 hours) and very weak projection, barely leaving a trail. There are better options from the brand. It’s fresh, perfect for warm climates and daytime wear, ideal for everyday use. Nothing particularly elegant!
It has a slightly artificial plastic note that I simply can’t stand. From this house, I recommend the vanilla, tonka, and frangipani scent, but this one is a definite no for me.
I love it; you can detect the sweet mandarin almost immediately upon application. It’s a good option: an affordable and long-lasting eau de parfum, lasting longer than some expensive fragrances that don’t hold up. I recommend it for daytime wear; it’s soft, sweet, citrusy, and lovely.
I really enjoyed it and used it quite a bit last summer. It’s a fresh, slightly citrusy eau de toilette. I wouldn’t call it floral-fruity; it’s more fruity-fruity 🙂 After the initial sparkling burst, a clean musk emerges a few minutes later, which is very nice. For an eau de toilette, it lasts quite well and projects nicely for about three hours. The Solinotes brand has pleasantly surprised me, and it’s tempting and fun that the scents can be mixed together.
