The advertising never caught my eye; I expected an overwhelming sweetness, but buying it on sale was a surprise: no cloyingness at all. It’s a delicious floral with a freshly washed scent, ideal for the office in the mornings. I don’t detect the spices, just lilac and patchouli which make it perfect for everyday wear. I don’t feel guilty, rather like a good, clean, innocent girl; perhaps I’m guilty of being very feminine. The bottle is lovely for the dressing table or taking out of the purse to reapply, though in excess the amber makes it more intense, suitable for the evening when things get heated.
I loved it: a sweet yet not heavy aroma, perfect for both day and night.
