I went to Zara yesterday with the intention of testing this fragrance. The reason: videos marked it as a dupe for a exquisite Spanish brand. Personally, I absolutely love the Solo Loewe Ella EDT; I used it almost daily in the spring of 2021. In summer, I prefer fresh things. Yesterday in the store, as I brought the bottle close, it was evident I didn’t need to test it on the tester but apply it directly: one on each side of my neck and the third on my left wrist, and I also decided not to spray it on my torso clothing. I left feeling disappointed, undecided between buying the wonder and experiencing nothing new. I slept smelling the scent I applied in the afternoon. Of course, I recommend it, but don’t expect to smell hibiscus or use it in summer unless the night of your holiday site is very cold. Hibiscus reminds me of a riddle game from another Spanish brand after losing a lawsuit for ‘striking similarities’. Enjoy it with a white shirt, gold accessories, a trench coat, salon-perfect hair, and a shopper bag. It smells classy…
csaavfer
A fruity bomb (++++) with floral touches (++), tropical, youthful, and perfect for summer. Upon leaving, the sweet and bright orange explodes; seconds later, on my skin, it smells like my favourite smoothie: passion fruit and mango. The opening is airy and refreshing, with a slight acidic touch, then it dries to be more floral, sweet, and with a slight warmth. Ideal for informal summer days and quite feminine. Longevity is weak: it projects for the first hour and then drops, by 3 hours there’s nothing left on the skin, though it is an EDT. If you put it on clothes, it lasts about 6 hours. The bottle is simple but pretty with the gradient and magenta cap, and the atomiser works well. It’s not a dupe of anything I know, neither CK IN2U (which is woody/aquatic and unisex) nor Born in Roma (more complex). It’s a rich fruity aroma but with poor longevity; the good thing is that for the price, you can reapply as much as you want. Yes, a good purchase for this summer.

Mango, passion fruit, and vanilla. Smells great, just right for these hot days. Upon leaving, the vanilla dominates and the passion fruit shines. What I like most is the mango; I wanted something mango-based that didn’t give me the creeps, and this is perfect. Forget the hibiscus; apart from the bottle colour, there’s nothing of that flower. It’s linear and lasts like all Zara scents: about two hours, though it lasts longer on clothes than on skin. It’s not an EDP, more like a pretty body mist. It reminded me of others: I thought of Zara’s Cloud Mimosa (a dupe for Ariana Grande), with that creamy and floral touch, without reaching BR540 levels. When it dried, I thought of Rihanna’s RiRi for the passion fruit, and at some moments I caught the DNA of My Way. Perhaps it’s the same as Loewe, though I haven’t tested it. It’s a modern, crowd-pleasing aroma, rich but failing in longevity and sillage like all Zara scents.

Super fruity and I absolutely love it. Once it arrived home, I noticed that after drying (more than an hour later), it smells similar to the Donna Born in Roma I own; it’s not identical, but on my skin it leaves a very similar trail. The Zara version is fruitier, while the Valentino is another level, but this is a great daily alternative, perfect for summer, and I’ve been wearing it on my wrist for over half a day. With Zara, I notice the scent changes significantly depending on skin pH, which happens with everything, but it’s more obvious here, which is why I always test before buying. The fuchsia bottle and the floral box are gorgeous; it’s good for daytime wear.

Fruity and fresh, ideal for summer. Don’t be fooled by the name; it will have little or no hibiscus; it’s not the typical perfume with that note, but I loved it. I bought it along with Peony and Wonder Rose Obsession, and of the three, this was the one that surprised me the most. Unlike csaavfer, on my skin it lasted about 8 hours, projecting well for the first 3 (people asked about it at an outdoor lunch at 3 hours) with good sillage; when I returned home, in the room where I applied it, it was still smelling. I have about 40 Zara perfumes and this is on my list of the best longevity and projection. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something for summer.

I just love this perfume! I liked it as soon as I tested it, but when I applied more at home, I was utterly delighted. It’s fruity, fresh, and sweet but wearable even in summer. What a pity it lasts so short; initially, it projects very well for about an hour, then it fades slowly and needs reapplication. I bought it in early January and it’s already half gone; it’s been my favourite for summer and is finishing up. That’s a good thing because I have about 20 other perfumes for the heat, and this is the one I’ve used the most.

I really like this perfume! I liked it as soon as I tested it, but I truly fell for it when I wore it more at home. It’s fruity, fresh, and sweet, yet wearable even in summer. What a pity it doesn’t last long; it projects well at first, perhaps for an hour, then fades slowly and needs reapplication. I bought it in early January and it’s already half gone; it’s been my favourite summer scent and will be finished soon. That’s a good thing, as I have about 20 other perfumes for the heat, and this is the one I’ve used the most.

Delicious aroma; the 90ml bottle wasn’t enough, so I bought the 180ml one. There are a few points: many complain about longevity, but for the price, you can’t ask for more. It claims to be an EDP but barely reaches EDT levels, so don’t expect beast mode performance. It smells great for the price and in terms of performance, some designer scents come out losing; it’s an excellent purchase if you like tropical scents for the heat. My only gripe is that it has no hint of hibiscus.

What a delight for everyday wear. It smells like summer and holidays, those hot mornings straight out of the shower. For me, it’s the best in Zara’s entire Bloom collection. The opening seems a bit acidic, but it quickly turns into delicious tropical fruits; I don’t detect the vanilla or hibiscus from the name. It’s super versatile, suits many ages, and isn’t tiring or overpowering. One of Zara’s best, alongside my beloved Fields at Nightfall and Orchid

I’m completely in love with this scent; a friend gifted it to me for my birthday, and I’ve worn it every day since. It’s delicious—fruity at first, then the dry down becomes sweet, vanilla, and amber. I at least detect a tropical hibiscus note, sweet, slightly indolic, and tremendously sexy. The twist is surprising: it opens with energising, fresh fruits before turning sweet and sensual, and as a bonus, it lasts for many hours on the skin.

I bought it blind because I like hibiscus, but I’ve never detected it. What I do smell is orange and vanilla. It’s a pity I can’t find it at Zara. People say it’s like Loewe Solo Ella, but I’ve never tried it. It’s a unique aroma I’ve never experienced, although its only flaw is the longevity: it lasts a breath and needs reapplication, though more than other Zara perfumes.

Absolutely love it! A friend gifted it to me for my birthday and I wear it every single day. It opens fruity and energising, but dries down to a sweet, vanilla note with that amber touch. I can definitely detect tropical hibiscus, something indolic and super sexy. The twist is surprising: from fresh to sensual, plus it lasts incredibly long on the skin.

A good option from Zara: tropical, fresh, and with decent longevity. People say it’s similar to Loewe Solo Ella EDT. At first, it reminds me a lot of Loewe, but as it dries down, this one is fruitier while Loewe feels sweeter due to its cotton candy notes. Ideal for summer, it deserves the hype and is at an excellent price.
OlFati
I notice a slightly sticky or synthetic aroma. I don’t know how the hibiscus flower smells; perhaps it’s the combination of the fruits or the passion fruit. When it dries, it reminds me of Pink Sugar by Aquolina. I’ve had it on my skin for four hours and it still feels quite present, though it has started to fade.

Good Zara option: tropical, fresh, and with good longevity. They say it reminds people of Loewe Solo Ella EDT. At first, yes, it does, but when it dries, this smells fruitier and Loewe sweeter due to the cotton candy note. Ideal for summer, it deserves the hype and is at an excellent price.
Colerfith
It opens with mango and a touch of caramelised orange, which is why it smells sweet without being cloying. As it dries down, the mango and vanilla take over. It has a lovely trail and longevity: 4-5 hours on skin and longer on clothes. It gives me a vibe similar to Paris Hilton’s Heiress
LaraMaca
It’s one of the few citrus scents I own and it’s absolutely brilliant. The orange opening is stunning, then within seconds mango and passion fruit kick in, making it addictive, clean and sparkling. Lasts 4-5 hours on skin but up to 12 on clothes with an incredible projection. 10/10
Resjim
To me, it smells very artificial and sweet. On my skin, the passion fruit dominates, and as it dries down, it becomes vanilla with over-ripe fruit. The longevity is good, but it’s that kind of scent that gives me a headache. P.S.: It bears no resemblance to Loewe Solo Ella EDP.
karenyave
I bought it for work because it smells of fresh, exotic fruit, something different from the typical fruity scent. The trail and longevity are moderate. It’s perfect for informal occasions; it doesn’t seek attention and goes unnoticed, yet I like it.
Cherryblush
I’ve had many disappointments with Zara, but this is a total hit. It’s a fruity, fresh, and sweet bomb, very much a summer scent. The longevity is modest, lasting up to 6 hours, but it works brilliantly for layering. Recommended.

Excellent scent, very similar to Cloud, though this one is a bit more clingy. However, considering the price and performance, it’s a top gift for a woman who loves that Cloud DNA.

The opening is very fruity; I detect a lot of mango, followed by passion fruit, before evolving into a tropical aroma. On my skin it has good fixation and longevity. I adored it
Nicaury Reynoso
I absolutely love this fragrance: fruity, floral, and sweet. It suits both day and night wear. It’s worth it and certainly turns heads.

I loved it and found it original. Just be aware to use it within three years as it oxidises and goes off. I’m speaking from experience
Nicaury Reynoso
I adore it; I detect fruity, floral, and sweet notes. It’s worth it and is a perfume that attracts attention both day and night.
Suri 21
I think it bears a slight resemblance to the now discontinued Cacharel Liberté. They share caramelised oranges and mandarins
Perfumadict
I liked it a lot for everyday wear. It’s nothing original or out of this world, but it’s pleasant
Fati7788
Beautiful fruity aroma with moderate longevity. Worth it because it feels much more summery.
