The first spray is an orchid bomb with a shy pear, and within seconds an exquisite sweetness of jasmine emerges; luckily, the night-blooming cereus is perfectly noticeable in between, with a subtle vanilla touch. The opening is similar to Euphoria, just a little sweeter and less dark. It feels slightly balsamic, like a liqueur; I imagine that’s the Amyris wood. For a few seconds it reminds me of a Halo by Jesús del Pozo In Black, but much softer. The dry-down is vanilla, woody-amber. It’s a very soft fragrance with a moderate trail; the longevity on my skin is around 7 hours and I can still smell it on my wrist. It works brilliantly on very cold days like today; I imagine in heat the sweetness will be more perceptible. The truth is, I’ve really liked it; I’m very happy I bought it 😀 For me, it’s a night perfume; I think by day in an office it could be a bit intense.
