Descripción
Lady Million by Rabanne is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2010, this composition was created by Anne Flipo, Beatrice Piquet, Dominique Ropion and Bruno Jovanovic. In its opening, the fragrance unfolds top notes of raspberry, neroli and Amalfi lemon. The heart reveals a floral harmony with jasmine, African orange blossom and gardenia, while the base settles on white honey, patchouli and amber.

I want to own this exquisite perfume again; I received many compliments with it. Although many say it’s a bit old-fashioned, I just say that if you like it, wear it with personality, so what’s the point? It’s versatile and long-lasting, and on my skin it became quite sweet and honeyed.
The initial impact is very strong; the white flowers combined with the citrus make it a perfume that overwhelms the nose. Once it settles, the honey and amber appear dignified. I don’t like it and it’s not worth the price. Aesthetically it’s striking and the men’s version certainly catches the eye; without doubt, Rabanne falls short on women’s fragrances.
The scent may characterise adulthood at first, but over time it acquires an exquisite elegance. It was a gift and I was doubtful at first, but the longevity is commendable. The notes change and remain pleasant throughout.
Honey and patchouli with class, style and elegance. I’d heard this aroma on other skins but couldn’t identify it until today. I appreciated it as something very elegant and sophisticated, with many layers and beautiful depth. You can detect the flowers and a natural sweetness that matches the honey. In the background, there’s something more oriental and deep, almost balsamic; it turns out to be a flawless patchouli. I hadn’t paid attention because the advertising concept and the bottle put me off. I imagined something cloyingly synthetic and overwhelming, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s one of those that surprises because it develops, evolves and has complexity; you just need to give it time. A lovely contrast of flowers, honey and proper patchouli.
Lady Million is a sweet floral bouquet that highlights neroli. I clearly detect the very syrupy, vanilla-infused raspberry note, with very sensual patchouli nuances.
At first it smells a bit old-fashioned, but afterwards it becomes a wonderfully rich, sweet and floral scent.
It has a common, simple scent with very little sillage. I didn’t like it.
I was gifted this and it caused me total revulsion, along with endless headaches. For me, it’s far too strong and invasive, with notes that remind me of my grandmother’s wardrobe. A big no. I had to gift it on.
If you are an older lady and want to catch the attention of people your own age, buy it. It is a perfume for older women, aunties, mums. I don’t see a young woman with pretensions of conquest in a nightclub or on a first date wearing it.
I tried the Lady Million sample; while it is rich, that sweet white floral with honey is different but not enough to make me need it. It leans towards La Vie Est Belle L’eclat in terms of sweetness. I’ve already moved past the white florals phase and know enough to see that Lady resembles what I already own, and there are even better options. It is wearable, light, and suitable for daytime, with a gourmand touch for girls with a sweet tooth. I still prefer Addict, my unicorn Poison, and Dreams Sunset has stolen my heart. Among white floral-vanilla scents, Estela is light for everyday wear, with a slight hint that could be the start of Scandal without reaching that intense honey sweetness. I prefer Lady for its honey intensity.
They gifted it to me at 20 and praised it immensely. If I understand the concept that perfumes are for a certain age, but really it varies with the skin. At first it didn’t convince me, but afterwards I loved it. I used it to go out and it felt like a lot. This was 10 years ago; I don’t know how it would be to wear it now. I tried it again without buying it and it reminded me of those times… but my partner didn’t like it because he said it seemed like something for an older lady. Returning to the age concept, I would highly recommend it for young women aged 20-25 and for women over 45. Those in between probably wouldn’t go for it. It’s sweet, you can feel the honey (it’s not one of my favourite notes, but in this perfume it’s very special), it has presence… it’s not just another perfume. I think it’s a real gem.
Does anyone else detect metallic notes in this perfume’s dry-down?
Today I tried a sample for the first time and it reminds me a lot of Orissima Divine, just a little less sweet.
Paquito and I simply don’t get along, definitely. I don’t want to hurt anyone, so I’ll hold back on some adjectives regarding 95% of his proposals. Lady Million is not my cup of tea at all. It smells incredibly synthetic and generic. It’s the typical sweet base with little flowers in the middle and a citrus top, but in a bad version. I think I’ve developed a dislike because that withered jasmine grates on my nerves and sometimes reminds me of Alien, which I can’t stand. I don’t understand why no one comments on how obvious that jasmine note is. Who is it for? I don’t see it for young girls. Sometimes the raspberry comes through, slightly acidic (this annoys me; I think the perfume would benefit greatly from it) and seems more youthful, but only on the first sniff. If you breathe in more, out come flowers that seem fallen from the tree and lying on the floor for months… Not for girls aged 30/40 either; it lacks sophistication and character. Not for mature women either; it’s not elegant, although it has a tiny soapy note upon drying mixed with something that smells like metal polish, which is super unpleasant. I think it’s the kind of perfume a 16/17-year-old girl wearing full makeup would use to get the bouncer to let her into the club…
I’ve always smelled this perfume on an aunt; I liked it, but not entirely, because I felt it was more of an older lady’s scent. Yesterday, by a twist of fate (and because I forgot to put on perfume), I tried it. It smells delicious on me, nothing like how it smells on my aunt: on me it’s sweet, on her it’s more woody. Needless to say, I can still smell it on my skin. I will certainly buy it; I loved it.
Divine white floral! Love at first sight and first sniff. I was gifted it for my birthday because she wouldn’t stop talking about how delicious it is. Despite being very mass-market, it’s a key piece in my collection: ideal for young and mature women, nothing overwhelming. I would buy it again; I have it in a set with its cream and I love wearing it in cold and heat, day and night.
I first knew it in my adolescence as a gift for my mum, who was 42; back then, it seemed elegant, feminine, and special to her. Now, more than 10 years later, it no longer has magic for me: it smells very mass-market. It’s a sweet floral-fruity scent where white florals stand out, with an acidic opening that later sweetens. To me, it smells quite soapy. I usually don’t like honey, but here it is soft and well-blended; I also dislike patchouli, which can sometimes smell bitter, but in this one it’s rich. I can’t recall its longevity in 2010 or if it was reformulated, but now it has poor sillage: after two hours, it’s only noticeable up close and lasts 4-5 hours leaving a clean scent, but the perfume itself is no longer distinguishable. It’s pleasant and versatile, but in 2023 it doesn’t smell or project anything special. At 27, I wouldn’t wear it, although I don’t dislike it…
This perfume takes me back to 2010. It was a gift from my boyfriend for my birthday; it came in a golden metal box like a safe, containing the lotion and shower gel. It became my go-to scent for nights out that year. It was special to me: I layered it with the gel and the cream, and I could still smell it all night and even the next day. It smells sweet and honeyed, delicious (nothing like Scandal, but it reminds me of Code by Armani). I’ve had it twice since then, and each time I remember those nights. I suppose it has been reformulated, which is normal these days. Nowadays, after so many launches, I’d say it’s timeless for any season or occasion, though out of nostalgia I reserve it for the evening.
It’s a bomb of white florals and patchouli. On me, those notes dominate and smother the rest. It smells very traditional, like a cousin of J’adore in the floral department. If you like orange blossom and jasmine, this is your perfume: sweet and sexy. However, the longevity is poor; even though it’s an EDP, it barely lasts three hours and has little sillage. In short, it smells good and many people like it, but it just doesn’t work on me.
It gives me headaches and nausea. I’ve tried it several times and it always happens. It’s not a bad smell, but my body just can’t handle it, so I won’t be buying it again 🤌🏼
I had to gift it to my grandmother; I see her happy with that perfume.
What I like most is its opening, beautiful, and the base I feel when I shower, with a marked patchouli. However, I feel there are no traces of perfume after a few hours and I don’t think it has much trail. The perfume itself seems very lovely!
This fragrance is on my shelf ready to be tried. I came across a dupe that I loved immensely (sorry, I know we shouldn’t do this 🙈), but it also reminded me of a scent from my adolescence: the Vertiente Romantic cologne by Saint Julien (an Argentine perfume house). My aunt gifted it to me for a birthday (before I turned 15, late 90s). How much I loved that cologne! How much I missed it when it was discontinued! Well, I thought, it will be a matter of trying Lady Million. A rather expensive replacement, but that is what there is. That dupe is pure water: rich, but it doesn’t last at all. Until I saw a post on social media about Vertiente dupes. To my surprise, Lady Million had (has) its dupe in Flores de Primavera. I bought it blind on Mercado Libre. It just arrived. Oh! It is not some reversion of my old cologne; it is the same. Exquisite! Of course, I bought it again. Two… …now that I think about it. Lady Million is the dupe of Vertiente Romantic 🤔.
I don’t feel it is anything like the distinguished scent people say! Rather, for a time, all girls in their twenties used it; there wasn’t a single one who didn’t have this perfume, so I feel it is quite overused, like Good Girl by Carolina Herrera or Olympea; they are mass-market perfumes that everyone has. I bought it when I turned 30 and it suits me very well. It is simply delicious; I smell a lot of jasmine, which, on top of that, I am starting to like less… But what lies beneath is what makes it striking. The longevity is good, but I have perfumes that last much longer, such as Alien by Mugler or Le Nuit Tressor; these are completely different scents, but in terms of longevity and trail, they wipe the floor with Lady Million. I don’t think I will buy it again; it is for keeping on the shelf and using occasionally. It is delicious, but I don’t feel it stands out too much, and being so well-known, it goes unnoticed.
It was a blind Christmas gift and I must thank my mother. It has become one of my most used and personal perfumes. My friends tell me they knew I had arrived at class because they could smell my perfume in the school corridors, haha.
I like wearing it at night; it has good projection on my skin. The hint of honey becomes very sexy. I would buy it again; my rating is 8/10.
It is a honeyed floral composition that I find elegant, and truthfully, it is very close to being a ‘lady’s perfume’. However, I resist thinking it is only for older women or that it reminds me of my grandmother as others say in comments, haha. It is ideal for formal occasions and smart dressing. It lacks the personality and impact of its male counterpart, but I easily recommend it once you know the target profile. It is good, a solid alternative. And I simply love the bottle!
I took my time to realise, but after using it, I noticed that Lady Million resembled a perfume I used years ago: Givenchy Organza. Both are beautiful. Lady Million is a scent to be worn at any time, ideal for the office or formal meetings as it goes with everything and looks perfect. The notes that stand out most, after half an hour, are the heart notes: the African orange blossom and, above all, the gardenia, which linger on the skin. The trail is wide, about 4 hours, and close to the skin around 8-10 hours. Justly, the gardenia is the most noticeable, and combined with the orange blossom, it gives that touch I found very similar to Organza. Although I admit that Organza is even more elegant and, as reviews say, an ‘elegant lady’s scent’, oh yes! The scent of Lady Million is good, but after days of use, I decided it wasn’t 100% for me, although it was perfect for my mother, to whom I gifted it, because she loved Organza and now with Lady Million she will have a wonderful dupe of Givenchy from the 90s.
I tried it and genuinely hated it 🥲. In my opinion, it’s not for daily wear. It’s very potent, and although I was younger back then, it definitely wasn’t for me. It is elegant, yes, but I detested it so much that I grew tired of wearing it. I would only apply 3 or 4 sprays and it would last all day; even at a party, I would finish the bottle, yet it would still smell on me when I went to bed. I don’t know if they have reformulated it; I’ve been speaking from when it launched (I don’t recall the exact year, a few years ago), but this is to judge its current performance. However… I don’t dare try it again because I remember the scent and I can’t stand it 😔.
I love it, but the jasmine is very prominent and the whole scent is super sweet. It feels like a perfume exclusively for going out at night.
This perfume is super elegant, for a woman of high standards, and lasts a very long time. I like it immensely.
It is a sweeter-floral fragrance than it appears. It smells great and is a very elegant scent. People have asked me several times what I’m wearing whenever I apply it. You never get tired of wearing it, and it’s wonderful, nothing heavy. The scent lasts a long time on clothes and skin, and it has a very wide sillage.
White flowers with honey. That is what this perfume smells like. It is the typical sweet white floral that we have smelled so many times before. Best suited for cold climates, as it is good in projection and longevity. It is an elegant perfume for a refined lady and has a nineties vibe. If you like perfumes like Red Door, Splendor, and 5th Avenue by Elizabeth Arden, Lovely by Jennifer Aniston, or the perfume by Carolina Herrera, then you might like this one.
This perfume was my daily wear for years and years; I bought many bottles, and every time it ran out, I had to buy more. Lately, I haven’t used it much as I try to sample others from my collection, but in summary, it smells of white flowers, honey, and a hint of raspberry. It is an elegant perfume that doesn’t get tiring to wear; I’ve been asked about five times what I’m wearing when I use it. The longevity is excellent on my skin, lasting about 7 or 8 hours, with a very good sillage, and the price is good. Overall, I hold a lot of affection for Lady Million.
The opening is acidic and fruity, nothing discreet. Once it settles, it becomes a white floral where I detect a lot of gardenia, very elegant. It has a nice patchouli, but the honey ruins everything. That overly sweet, cloying amber base spoils what could have been a classic, spirited fragrance, curiously a bit anti-Rabanne. What we have is yet another dense, sugary product, extremely eye-catching, that offers nothing particular. Its popularity is understandable because it is a flashy, tongue-lolling juice, especially at the start, but viewed in perspective (it’s from 2010), it remains what it is: an almost trivial and unadventurous perfume, especially considering what the house Rabanne has released (Calandre, Pour Homme, Metal, La Nuit, Ténéré, Ultraviolet…). To me personally, this Lady Million seems like a boring juice with a wasted gardenia, and with all its dazzling golds of dubious taste, the answer is no, thank you, not for me.
I have a soft spot for Lady Million; it was the first perfume my husband chose for me about 13 years ago when we were newly married. We spent a lot of time in the perfumery, and this was the one he and I both loved most. To me, it smells of white flowers and honey—so lovely! It feels elegant, sexy, and makes me feel well-dressed. The honey is perfectly balanced, not overwhelming. It feels like a modern scent despite its age. The longevity and sillage are excellent. I owned it before, and lately, whenever I visited a department store, I’d smell it and like it just as much, if not more, so I bought it again and enjoy it greatly. Sincerely, I feel it is undervalued because it is so lovely. But like with perfumes and colours, it just seems very beautiful to me. Note: I bought this perfume in early July 2025, and at first, it didn’t smell as I expected. It smelled like the perfume Ciara, a vintage scent to my nose. I let it settle, and after 2.5 months, the aroma changed completely, turning into the beautiful white flower and honey scent I remembered. You need to give it time to form a proper opinion, as it evolves immensely.
It smells like liquid gold but with a feminine touch. It is very intense, bold, and long-lasting.
A very elegant fragrance for special occasions. It smells delicious and lasts a long time.
This perfume gives me a headache and severe nausea. I can’t pinpoint which note is causing it, but I know it happens every time, even when I apply very little. That’s why I don’t like it at all.
It suits an elegant, classy woman with character perfectly. The name fits like a glove. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone under 30; it’s better suited for evening wear, autumn, or winter, though there are no hard rules. It’s a fruity floral that is pleasant, clean, and elegant without being overpowering. If you use the right amount, it’s simply delightful. It projects well and lasts an incredibly long time.
