It’s a brilliant extract with excellent longevity and a subtle yet noticeable trail. It feels richer in honey and iris than the EDP, creating a sweet, powdery scent that is very pleasant. It’s fresh, not stiff, and suits going out with friends, dinner dates, or even work in an elegant way. It opens with prominent magnolia and lemon notes, then shifts to a powdery blend of iris, amber, and honey. The performance is top-notch (it is an extract); one drop lasts all day. Very feminine, youthful, and romantic. Note: better in cool weather; in heat it can turn into wilted flowers on my acidic skin. A well-crafted, dreamy creation from Guerlain.
