Are you Girl of Now? The perfumer has collaborated on other fragrances I absolutely love, but judging by the new Mercedes release, it looks like a clone of a high-end scent.
This scent reminds me of Girl of Now, though in Woman In Red the white flowers and cherry blossom notes are more pronounced; the similarity is striking. I’m not a fan of overly sweet perfumes, but this is a good option for autumn and winter. If you’re a big fan of Elie Saab (which is what I’m comparing it to), you might enjoy this Mercedes-Benz fragrance too, plus it’s cheaper.
I’ll say it again: the bottle design looks grotesque and tasteless, nothing like a top-tier brand such as Mercedes-Benz. I thought the red would be more intense and long-lasting, but I was wrong; it barely shows up on the skin and fades quickly. I didn’t like it at all. Stick to cars, where they excel, and leave perfumery to the professionals.
