For 2026, LAFCO New York unveils Midnight Aura, a floral fruity fragrance designed for women and men alike.
The composition by Jérôme Epinette brings together prickly pear and raspberry at the top, rose and cactus flower through the heart, and musk, cedar and amber underneath.
On first spray the impression is luminous, fruity and green. Prickly pear offers a cool, watery vegetal note, lifted by the vivid juiciness of raspberry kept well away from excess sweetness.
The heart is centred on rose, soft and velvety rather than opulent. Cactus flower lends a sheer, almost desert-like clarity that keeps the bouquet light and current.
Beneath, the base turns mellow and reassuring. Musk creates a powdery, skin-like softness, cedar supplies a dry refined framework, while amber adds a gentle resinous glow.
