I was taken aback reading the notes: to me, it smells of blackcurrants and mint. It’s a rich scent and, at such an economical price, it’s absolutely worth it. The bottle is small, 25 ml, so you need to look after it a bit to make it last longer, but it’s brilliant for keeping in your handbag and reapplying throughout the day. The projection is slight, but I’ve noticed the longevity lasting up to four hours.

I’d say it’s 98% similar to Lolita Lempicka, but Mini Sexy (though I wonder who came up with that little name) is more floral and powdery, not as dark or gothic as I imagined the original formula to be. Performance is average; I can smell it for about three hours, and from the first half-hour onwards, there’s no projection. That said, I think it’s still a better option to buy this than the reformulation, as I find it truer to the original and less synthetic than the Lolita currently available in perfumeries.

Delicious at a laughable price. Smells remarkably like Lolita Lempicka, with that distinctive sweet licorice note. Scent 8/10, longevity 6/10, sillage 6/10, value for money 10/10, versatility 5/10, and packaging 3/10. Would I buy again? Yes.
