Descripción

Nomade Jasmin Naturel Intense by Chloé is a fruity floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2023, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Caroline Dumur. Upon release, the fragrance unfolds with mirabelle plum and pear; the heart reveals Egyptian jasmine, dates, and freesia; while the base settles on vanilla, sandalwood, oakmoss, and patchouli.

I tried it this afternoon and my perception is similar yet opposite to the previous review. I’m convinced without a doubt about the Naturelle dry-down; I’d buy a refill without hesitation. I differ on how I felt the phases: for me, the opening is what sets it apart. It seemed fresher and brighter, with a noticeable pear note. The longevity isn’t great, and the dry-down is literally the same as Naturelle’s. They are identical in that phase, so as the reviewer mentioned, I wouldn’t buy this and would stick with Naturelle.

A very similar cousin to Nomade Naturelle. The opening is almost identical; I don’t detect the pear that supposedly differentiates them, but the dry-down diverges more. While Naturelle settles into a rich, sweet, soapy dessert that is very easy to wear, Jasmin Intense features strong patchouli, sweet and slightly spiced, reminiscent of Chai Tea (though I don’t share the comparison to Kenzo Jungle, as I can’t handle that, it does recall it quite a bit in the heart). I don’t see this as a blind buy. I purchased it due to a good offer, but if I had smelled it in-store alongside the EDP and Naturelle, I wouldn’t have bought it. I prefer the original Naturelle if I have to choose one.

It resembles its predecessor very closely, except here the jasmine appears in the dry-down, is slightly more intense, and perhaps a touch fresher. If given the choice, I’d stick with the regular Nomade.

  • Beautiful perfume, almost a clone of Nomade Naturelle EDP. It keeps that date and plum DNA that my nose loves, with that typical oakmoss base (though slightly subtler). The difference on my skin is in the opening: while Naturelle is fruity-sweet from the start, this one is fresher with a much stronger jasmine floral load. Once dried, they are practically identical. The downside is that, being the ‘Intense’ version, it performs worse on my skin than Naturelle. Lasts 4-5 hours, with low projection and sillage after the first hour. I expected better. I wanted to buy the Naturelle EDP when I saw this offer for 50ml at 30€, but I ended up with this one. If you like one, you’ll like the other; owning both is redundant. If I have to choose, I’d go for the original.
