It is the perfume that has earned me the most compliments; it lingers in memory because it is truly unique. I genuinely recommend it: buy a 10 ml decant to capture a memorable moment at an event. With just two sprays, the trail is spectacular, unobtrusive, and evolves beautifully through citrus, apple, and floral notes. It never fades, lasting until the next day, and on scarves during colder weather, it seems to last forever. Do not overuse it; it is an impressive olfactory memory.

Oligarch is the best fougère in the world and one of the finest perfumes on the planet. Let no one be alarmed; it does not smell like a barbershop nor does it have harsh accords. On the contrary, its masculinity is bright, luminous elegance, thanks to citrus and an aniseed lavender that is pure delight, alongside a subtle, polished vetiver. The ingredients are so well integrated that they create a unique aroma. Ideal for elegant occasions and all year round, though best suited to temperate or warm climates. It leaves an unmistakable trail with superior longevity of over seven hours. For those over 30. 10/10.

I fully agree with @Papatoro. I have a decant, and honestly, if Dior represents autumn/winter elegance, Oligarch is the epitome of spring/summer. It is designed for formal events and important gatherings. It has a super subtle, refined talc-like touch that adds gravitas. These are special fragrances for special moments where you will be the centre of attention; I see it as impossible to wear without a tie. It conveys cordiality, respect, and charisma without drawing undue attention. It is like a successful person who does not need to boast, because it simply smells of success.

The scent is regal; if it’s niche, it’s very pleasant, though not particularly potent, more so subtle. The phases do change, although I distinguish the opening more clearly: it’s citrusy and versatile, even casual. I think it’s a good option for formal wear, casual outings, or romantic dates. It’s not playful, it has character, and it’s distinctive despite being citrusy and moderately powerful. It’s noticeable a couple of metres away, and in my opinion, it suits men more than women. It’s slightly sharp due to the citrus and woods with a semi-spicy touch. Its presentation and complexity make it unique. I’d give it almost a ten, only that it doesn’t last as long as I’d like on my skin: it settles for two hours and then fades quickly, perhaps lasting four hours in total. I recommend it for citrus lovers.
