Avon’s El Petit Attitude Bee has grapefruit and honey; it’s sweet yet citrusy, with a chamomile finish that blends with everything. The trail is moderate and lasts about two hours. It’s a casual fragrance for daytime use in spring and summer, designed for people aged 20 and up.

Avon’s El Petit Attitude Bee is citrusy and sweet, featuring grapefruit with a hint of honey that blends into a chamomile finish. The trail is moderate and lasts around two hours. Perfect for spring and summer, it’s a casual scent ideal for anyone over 20.

On my skin, it’s the faithful copy of DKNY Nectar Love. It just lasts a bit less and doesn’t project as much, but the price is spectacular. It comes in 50ml (in February 2021 in Argentina, it cost around 900 pesos, roughly $7). A 10! Congratulations!

Seeing the packaging made me think of Marc Jacobs. I expected it to be childish or incoherent, but it doesn’t: it smells incredible. It transports me to a sunny day in a field full of chamomile; the base notes give that feeling, although the honey comes across more like beeswax—a sweeter, more natural and versatile scent than in Scandal. On my skin, it lasted about 3 to 5 hours, leaving an elegant and delicate trail thanks to the woods. It has little projection, but it’s ideal for spring: cheerful, youthful, sweet, and not at all intrusive. I recommend it for girls who enjoy being outdoors with friends. Now I’m always waiting for spring 🌄🌼. Note: on the leaflet in Argentina, it’s listed as floral gourmand, but I don’t sense it that way.

Seeing it reminded me of Marc Jacobs. I waited to try it to see if it was childish or incoherent, but I adored it. It smells like a sunny day in a field of chamomile. The honey note feels more like natural beeswax rather than the super-sweetness of Scandal. On me, it lasted between 3 to 5 hours with an elegant and delicate base. The trail is low; it’s cheerful, youthful, and not at all intrusive. I recommend it for going out with friends in spring. Although in Argentina it’s called floral gourmand, for me, it isn’t.

  • I bought it expecting something potent, but honestly, it smells like nothing on my skin. It seemed very youthful, so I gifted it to my 12-year-old sister. I ordered it hoping it would be similar to DKNY, but I struggled to recognise a fragrance that I felt absolutely nothing ‘youthful’ about on myself.

  • Smells like a vase of flowers, zero sweetness or honey. I didn’t like it at all. The bottle is misleading; it looks like it should be sweet, but it isn’t.

  • It smells extremely floral. Nothing sweet or honey-like. It’s not pleasing at all. The packaging is deceptive, making it seem sweet when it isn’t.

I bought this blindly and it turned out gorgeous. As it sounds, it’s a much more affordable version of DKNY Nectar Love. I absolutely love it; it’s perfect for spring and summer. It’s not overly sweet—the honey is subtle and well-balanced with citrus and woods. If you don’t like sweet perfumes, I’d recommend this. The trail is moderate and it’s great for everyday wear; I’ll be using it after a day at the pool.

I bought it blind and absolutely loved it. It smells very much like DKNY’s Nectar Love but is far cheaper. It’s perfect for summer and spring; it’s not overly sweet, with the honey balanced by citrus and woody notes. If you don’t like very sweet perfumes, this is one for you. The trail is moderate, and I’d wear it after a day at the pool.

  • I bought it for the mini bottle and because several reviews said it was honey-based. However, it doesn’t smell sweet on my skin or to my nose. The opening is rich and fresh, a sweet citrus that persists for about half an hour. At the end, the dry-down is strange; I don’t know if it’s the woods, but it smells of chamomile and I don’t like it.

  • I bought it for the little bottle and because several reviews said it was a honey-based perfume. However, it does not smell sweet on my skin or to my nose. The opening is rich and fresh, a sweet citrus, which persists for about half an hour on the skin. At the end, it has a somewhat strange dry-down; I do not know if it is the woods, but it results in a chamomile-like aroma that I do not like.

  • I bought it because it was on offer and its notes caught my attention. Frankly, I expected the citrus, the honey aroma and an agreeable scent, which I have felt in very few perfumes. Well, it surprised me: after an initial citrus burst, it settles and leaves the honey, which is even pleasant on hot days. Unfortunately, it has poor longevity and a weak sillage.

  • I picked it up on offer and the notes caught my eye. Honestly, I expected the citrus, honey, and that pleasant freshness to dominate, which happens in very few perfumes. Well, it surprised me: after the citrus opening, it settles and reveals the honey, which even in the heat smells good. The downside is that it doesn’t last long and leaves no trail.

  • At first, I was very excited about a brand, as I only have cheap perfumes that I can’t find here. Seeing it in a magazine, I thought it would be sweet and honeyed; what interested me most was the honey or sugar scent, but upon arrival, it only smelled of flowers in an annoying way, with honey at the end (and I don’t like it; it’s not sweet). I don’t detect any citrus, just many flowers that don’t suit my style. I think it’s for someone more mature than me, nothing youthful as I expected. To me, it smells very strong and is intrusive, and if you spray it, it’s noticeable all day and even the next. I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you like flowers and want something long-lasting (at least for sensitive people like me).

When I saw it in the magazine, I thought it would be sweet and honeyed, as the honey or sugar scent was what interested me most, but upon arrival, I only sensed an aggressive floral scent, and even at the end, the honey is there (but not to my liking, it is not sweet). I do not detect any citrus, only many flowers that do not suit my style. I think it is for someone more mature than me, nothing like the youthful vibe I expected; for me, it is very strong and overwhelming, and if you spray it, it can be smelled all day and even the next. I would not recommend it to someone sensitive to smells like me, although it would suit someone who likes floral scents and wants something long-lasting.

  • I own perfumes from all ranges, niche, designer, celebrity, etc., and this one has surprised me quite a bit. I bought it for the honey note and I must say, it is quite noticeable. It is more honeyed, soft, vanillic and animalic; the citrus lasts a little while but very softly, warm like flowers sprinkled with honey on a sunny day. I am impressed by the price (£4.50), ideal for carrying in your bag. I have been complimented quite a lot. Longevity is fairly decent, requiring a couple of touch-ups, but its staying power is greater than other designer honey perfumes. The only thing is that the bottle is beautiful but very plastic; perhaps if it were of better quality and the price increased slightly, I would buy it anyway.

  • Le Petit Attitude Bee by Avon is a lovely fragrance. Honey, sugar, orange blossom and a very present vanilla take the lead. It is sweet and tender, serene, accompanying without overpowering, perfect for any season. It could be a daily perfume; the vanilla is of excellent quality. As for longevity, it is a little short, but given the price, it’s just a matter of reapplying. It could be a nice gift for a young girl as her first perfume, something a grandmother might give to her pre-teen granddaughter. It has nostalgia and tenderness, a very nice little perfume that reminds us that it doesn’t always matter if it’s expensive or from a renowned house; what matters is that the perfume makes us feel, in the ethereal quality of the scent, and takes us to that place where we feel good.
