  After using it several times, I’ve decided to share my thoughts. Red Roses is a classic rose scent with a citrus touch (and a hint of mint) that makes it less heavy for those who associate roses with older women, yet it retains that traditional character. It feels like being surrounded by dozens of fresh roses. Quite pleasant if you like roses. But if you’re looking for something innovative, this isn’t it. Surprisingly today, I’m saying its trail and longevity have lasted quite well—six hours and it’s still present. The projection dropped after the second hour (I use one or two sprays). However, most previous times I didn’t notice it after 30 minutes, and the projection was non-existent after 15, leaving only a skin scent. Sometimes I tried to remedy it by over-applying, but all I achieved was feeling dizzy; it seemed like a cheap air freshener, so applying more isn’t an option. Anyway, I think there are better options below this price and it lacks that je ne sais quoi, so I wouldn’t buy it. Although I like it, I see it more as the scent of a luxurious room freshener or a magnificent fabric conditioner. I’m left imagining that the air freshener and candle must be wonderful.

  With this, I confirm that, after saffron, another note I simply can’t stand is honey or anything related (except Montale’s Sweet Oriental Dream, which nearly gave me a heart attack; it smells like a beehive—if a bear smelled you, it would tear you apart to lick you like a fridge foot). Anyway, I’m digressing. It’s a withered rose soaked in beeswax, like a Semana Santa churro steeped in honey. I sense nothing else, perhaps a very distant citrus touch. I didn’t like it at all; it’s not the rose I’m looking for. It looks very mature, even annoying. Note: it doesn’t smell bad, it fixes well on the skin, though it lacks a strong trail but is persistent. Does anyone else find that when I can’t stand a note, I keep smelling it as the main ingredient all the time? I’m such a fool that, even knowing I love Florabotanica’s rose, I don’t know why I didn’t dare to repeat with it. I’ll go for it; I want it for this summer, it’s decided. I’m stopping my search for my fresh, green summer rose.

  I bought it blindly and it’s got me all tied up: it’s outrageously expensive and smells identical to Tea Rose, which is super cheap. Don’t waste your money on this brand; it’s overpriced and offers nothing new or superior in quality. You could get the same thing ten times cheaper with Tea Rose.

  It smells of red roses that are no longer fresh but wilting. If you want a fresh rose, go for Rose Blush from the limited edition Marmalade 2021, but only if you like basil, because it is literally a fresh rose with lots of that herb’s greenery.

  This perfume is a literal description of the smell of ROSES. Go to a garden or have a bunch given to you, pick a petal and smell it intensely; this smells exactly the same, hahaha. For my taste, it smells strong, a bit heavy and intense, but the scent doesn’t seem bad, it’s natural. Honestly, I would wear this when I’m 50.

  This perfume is the pure definition of a rose scent. Imagine a garden where someone brings you a bouquet and you bite into a petal; it smells exactly the same, haha. For me, it’s a little strong, heavy and intense, but the scent isn’t bad; it feels very natural. Honestly, I’d wear it at 50.

  A delicious fragrance that smells of sweet roses. It’s light and fresh, giving the impression of a wealthy lady; it’s not super youthful but very elegant. Note: the scent is super natural, so if you have a strong skin pH it might not be for you, plus it tends to oxidise. However, if you have neutral or delicate skin, it will smell spectacular.
