The top notes are plum, cinnamon and jasmine; the heart notes, dates, patchouli and heliotrope; and the base notes, vanilla, Peru balsam, guaiac wood and sandalwood.

I love it. The vanilla isn’t too sweet or annoying; it feels elegant. Although it seems made of notes we already know from other perfumes, the combination is unique in its character and evolution. In the end, it leaves a woody scent on the skin, with little vanilla and very little floral or fruity notes, but I’m sure this varies from person to person.
Rouge Saray has an ‘old-fashioned’ touch that reminds me of No. 5, something ambered and balsamic that evokes classic perfumes from before. The notes match what I feel: Peruvian balsam and dates, which are perfectly detectable. The truth is, it’s not an aroma that immediately makes me think ‘how delicious, I’ll choose it!’, but it is incredible.
Rouge Saray is my favourite from this brand. It smells of warm fruit with lots of plum and date, a soft cinnamon and a vanilla base that complements the sweetness, with woody nuances giving it a tobacco-like touch, making it more complex, dark and mysterious. It has a perfect balance of sweetness, making it attractive for dates and special events. It reminds me of Dates Delight by THoO, but this one is more complete and rounded, whereas the other focuses more on the date. Excellent performance and wonderful presentation. If you like nuts and sweet or vanilla bases, it’s a must-try. It’s on my wishlist waiting for me to get it one day. Rating: 9/10 Tested on an official sample.
Super unisex fragrance, neither too feminine nor masculine. The blend of wood, date, vanilla, black plum and amber balances everything perfectly. I definitely have it in my collection, although it’s not for everyone; that cinnamon note gives it a peculiar touch that sets it apart from everyday commercial perfumes. Would I buy it again? Without a doubt, it’s worth it. It’s addictive thanks to the wood and cinnamon, but I recommend smelling it before purchasing because, as I said, it’s not for everyone, especially if you wear a lot of commercial perfumes <3
