Smells like sweets. It’s nice but despite having the Royal Gold intensive I have to say it doesn’t even last three hours. A disappointment.
I had so much hype for this perfume from all the reviews I read on TikTok. I was expecting a very vanilla, amber, warm fragrance. When I smelt it I was totally thrown, like when you expect one smell and find a totally different one. I don’t know if it’s my nose, but it literally smells like fruit sweets to me. I smell very little vanilla, and I notice the fruity note a lot. When it settles on the skin is when I notice the vanilla a bit and the amber part; what I do pick up in the dry down is rose and again a mix of fruit sweets. I think my opinion in this case differs from the vast majority. I didn’t like it much.
A perfect dupe for Vanilla Woods by The Seven Virtues. It’s very vanilla with a slight woody nuance. The wood gives it a bit more of an “adult” vanilla vibe whilst still being a VERY forward gourmand vanilla. It’s not innovative at all, but it’s a beautiful layering perfume. If you add the royal gold oil, you’ll get a few more hours of wear. The price is also fair. At 25 dollars, it’s a bargain. Since it’s international delivery, you’re going to pay $20+ for delivery, but considering the starting price is so low, it’s still a total bargain. I will definitely keep buying to always have a bottle on my shelf.
Very similar to the oil version, but lighter and fresher. A slightly fruity vanilla that reminds me of Cap Nature Vanille by Yves Rocher. I like to layer it with the oil to get a bit of sillage and extend longevity (oil on skin, spray on hair and clothes). Pretty, feminine, very wearable and affordable.
Smells like sweets. It’s pleasant, but despite having the Royal Gold intensive, it doesn’t last more than three hours. A disappointment.
There was so much hype around this perfume thanks to all the TikTok reviews. I expected something vanilla, amber, and warm, but it completely let me down. It literally smells like fruity sweets, with very little vanilla and a strong fruity note. I only notice the vanilla and amber once it has dried down, and the rose blends back in with that sweet taste. My opinion differs from most: I didn’t like it.
