Shunkoin is my new addiction: an intensely sweet vanilla blended with the unmistakable sandalwood of Xerjoff. Within minutes, a powdery note emerges with a fresh touch, transforming it into a supremely elegant cream. It has excellent sillage and lasts around eight hours. Does it bring anything new to the world of perfume? No. Does it need to? Not really. But it has everything a vanilla lover could want, provided you enjoy powdery scents, because be warned, it becomes even more dusty over time. It has won me over so much that I plan to buy it, as it isn’t one of Xerjoff’s ultra-expensive creations and I believe its price is justified. Shunkoin wraps around me when I dream.
